"Kind of a pain to wait weeks to get my order cancelled but glad its back in stock now. Because I used ApplePay, I had to reorder. Shipped and arrived a few days later, but I set it up and it comes up as USB4, not Thunderbolt 4. It turns out it’s “Thunderbolt compatible.” Like all USB devices are. I went to setup a return and I have to pay for shipping to return it and restocking fee. It’ll end up costing me over 30% of the value for the device. This ain’t Amazon, folks. Device works okay, so, think I’m just going to keep it or maybe try and sell it locally to recoup my money"

"I placed an order on 5/6/24. They're in Lombard, IL, I'm in central IN--so about a day away shipping. I called to follow-up 10 days later, and I was told that I hadn't paid for the order. I gave them the PayPal confirmation/transaction ID to show that I had. But, they never collected the payment on their end, so the PayPal transaction timed-out and they wanted payment again. So, other than not taking my payment and shipping my order (or letting me know there was an issue), I'm sure this is a fine company. "

"I bought an Apple Watch Series 4 in “great” condition. I like it but the only problem is that the battery life is extremely short. I have to charge it 3-4 times per day. I messaged costumer service hoping to resolve the problem because the watch is within the 90day warranty, but haven’t heard anything back yet. I would really like to give 5 stars because I have heard good things about this company, But at this time I can’t because of this problem and customer service’s failure to respond to me."
