"Bought a dock Sunday night online, while company was closed for questions. Realized quick thereafter that I made a mistake. Tried to cancel order right away, but company was closed and couldn’t do it. Next Morning, Monday, tried to cancel it 7 am EDT. Company closed. Tried repeatedly after that. Company closed. Finally got someone about 10 am EDT and they said too late, it’s shipped. Return would cost me restocking fee, etc, plus shipping fee, and doesn’t make sense. I’l, eat it, but never buy from them again."

"The staff went over my needs and advised me that the OTC Mercury Elite Pro mini USB-C Bus-Powered Portable SSD Storage solution should work for my iMac. I wanted to use it as my startup disk because I was having issues....it would die on me and say it couldn't find the start-up disk. I ordered it, but could not get it to mount when I attached it to the iMac. They arranged a return or exchange. When they received it, they tested it and it mounted on various other computers. They agreed to refund my money. I give them kudos for giving me advice and trying to work out the problem over the phone. I'm more than satisfied with their service. Thank you OTC."
