"They are great and fast at responding emails and giving help and quotes when initializing an order. Be careful when ordering as they dont provide not offer much help should you have any issues with the shipping/delivery, they will just say "there is nothing we can do" which from a service and professional point of view, i see it as lack of customer service. It wasnt until i asked multiple times and explained the situation to them that they helped with my delivery issue but even then they made it clear they would be able to help if the package was lost, aka you lost your money."

"Marco was prompt with my order. The ribbons were nice. A few didn't have the glue on the back as they should have but we made money on the order and the few that didn't have glue wasn't a problem. The specialize printed ones were the ones that had a few not glued BUT they were beautifully printed and exactly what we asked for.
