Once there were some logistical issues with the order, and concerns with the way the hand sanitizer smelled, they said they would call me back with a solution and never did. Disappointed the follow through with customer service wasn't there at all. The order I placed was thousands of dollars worth of product."

"My order was processed and met a timely shipping time based on COVID 19. I was however disappointed when they arrived in boxes. At least a dozen of the bottles of sanitizer had the top snapped off, and looked like they were thrown in a box.
I would highly recommend they spend a little more on careful packaging. I had to spend over an hour wiping my custom santizer bottles off and twisting the tops back on before sending to clients. "
