"This website is very awful! It took almost four weeks to get my order! Do not order! I ordered a five piece oil painting canvas and what I recieved in the mail? The painting itself without the frame, it was just rolled like a newpapers with tape. I wanted to return it right away without even opening the painting. I tried to look for RMA for a minute on the website and I was not able find it. Finally, I decided to open it and check it out. Literary, as if a 5th grader tried to mimic the painting. It was nothing exactly like the photo that they have on the website. The only common is that they are both red! I've been on my laptop for 20 minutes trying to look for the stupid RMA number and I still not able to find it. I already accepted that I lost my $80 to these scammers. I give up! I am very dissapointed that this is my actual first review that I ever written for anyone/anywhere. Lame. Don't do it!"
"I was very disappointed with my Milanoo purchase. I ordered 5 swimsuits and all of them did not fit. I measured myself and ordered according to their size chart, which is wrong. I measured the swimsuits and they are not what the size chart says. One of the swimsuits wasn't even the swimsuit I ordered but a completely different one. I didn't see that swimsuits are not returnable when I ordered, so the company said they can't do anything for me. So now I'm stuck with 5 swimsuits that don't fit, one of which I didn't even order. Also, the quality of the swimsuits is not very good. Overall a very poor product and company, I would not recommend anyone purchase from them. "

"Ordered a pair of custom boots from them. The smell was atrocious, the boot was unfinished (faux leather not tacked down / trimmed against the soul) the lace holes were simply punched through with no support. The calf fit well, the ankle was too loose and the shoe length was half a size too big. Returns out of the question because of their custom-fit policies. I'll have to see if I can fix these on my own. Very disappointed."

"This website is a ridiculous scam. After ordering 2 bikinis for a total of $55.99 I realized I wouldn't have them in time for my upcoming vacation. I emailed several times asking for a refund so I can cancel my order. They kept giving me the runaround asking for my full name, order number (which I never received when I ordered) and how I paid. My money was taken from my account RIGHT AWAY, however they keep saying they CAN'T FIND MY ORDER& that there is no such order under my name!! Bull crap !
