"Everything was as described! I trusted the sizeings as they had listed them (as opposed to ordering slightly bigger, just in case) and was pleased that everything fit perfectly. Very, very happy have placed a second order already!"

"I am so upset with this company because I got the wrong order and someone else received my order and they have my order and Milanoo is refusing to reship me another item and instead they told me to contact the other customer and see if we can get the order straightened out. They took so long in making a decision because they kept asking me to send the item number along with pictures of the items I received. The customer information they provided me is not valid, phone not working and she does not respond to emails. Never again will I order from this company."

"My experience was awful!!!! To the point I will never again order from this site or any other site over seas... My product came so late that I was not able to take it on my vacation (what it was bought for)... then when I got home and received it, it was the wrong thing. Maybe I wouldn’t be so hurt if Milanoo had given me my money back, or just sent me the right item... but they refused to do anything... other than promise my shipping back (which they never did)... To be honest I cannot believe Milanoo stays in buisness with the way they treat their customers!!!



UPDATE: BELOW YOU WILL SEE WHERE MILANOO PROMISED TO FIX THE PROBLEM... WELL THEY NEVER DID! I GOT ONE EMAIL TELLING ME THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT... I FOLLOWED UP... NOTHING... FOLLOWED UP AGAIN... NOTHING. I'M ANGRY. I WILL SLAM MILANOO ON EVERY SITE I CAN FIND TO ENSURE PEOPLE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

FUNNY THING IS HAD THEY FIXED IT... THIS UPDATE WOULD HAVE BEEN SO THANKFUL.

In response: Milanoo I have emailed several people at your company by now... you will find many MANY emails!!!! And within them a promise to pay me back my shipping and send me the correct item. It just has not been done.

"A few problems here and there...

Zentai suit is rather see-through.
A few buttons have fallen off and been poorly sewed.
Ordered a medium and a large zentai suit but both were medium(no large)

Aside from them few errors the order was fine.

"i have not yet recieved my dress but they have called me to explain why it has nt come in and i will be recieving it soon the best thing to do is order ahead and have a window period of mistakes and changes to happen so you could get your dressor cancel your order i will be ordering again "

"Terrific prices - delivery about 4 weeks on most things which is very good seeing as they are making the dresses to order. I have kept Milanoo on my favourits for instant shopping. will certainly buy again from them - only downside living in the UK is an extra charge from fedex for custom entry. but as the prices are so reasonable I cannot complain."

"Milanoo is nice & extremely professional, there time difference does get in the way, but they will respond regardless. order a size bigger than you normally would, they run a little small. I used paypal and never had an issue or problem. "

"The dress we ordered did not in actuality match the measurements advertised for the particular size. The problem after that was communicating this to the Chinese company. We ended up not returning or exchanging because we were unsure whether or not they would honor our return with a refund, because of the communication difficulty, so we are having to do alterations. The dress, though, was as lovely as pictured."

"The ordering process was simple and I was kept informed of each step.
The dress itself is nice although poorly packaged and poorly finished. It arrived folded in a plastic bag so it was very creased. Nobody had taken the time to trim all the threads, which took me almost an hour to tidy it up. The dress had a lot of red fluff and thread on it which is strange as there is no red on this dress.
Although the dress is satisfactory I wont be buying from Milanoo again.

"I still have not received my suit in the mail. I need to get tracking information as well as the method of delivery. my wedding is this weekend and I will not be a happy camper if it is not delivered ontime especially as I was guaranteed that it would be delivered before the date."

"120314 I love their inventory and pricing, however the follow through has been a little laz. No tracking number on the items purchased. No returns on emails to check status in the order. Still without the items I purchased.

Would love to say yes I love them, however without having any feedback from them I am a little dissatisfied to say the least.
