"I purchased a formal evening dress from Milanoo. My dress was delivered in good condition and within promised time. The sizing indicator measurements Milanoo provided were amazingly accurate. I was concerned about sizing as this was my first experience buying fashion via internet. I am happy with the dress I chose in relation to it's value for money, quality, beadwork and sizing. I chose to make my own arrangements to alter the length of the dress only. This was my preference to alter length of dress after receiving it, rather than fwd a customised order to Milanoo (a service which Milanoo also provide). I look forward opportunity to purchase from Milanoo again."

"I was offered shipping of my order to arrive in 7-9 days and after I pd and got the confirmation was instead told I would receive it in approx 40 days. Luckily I still got it 11 days later, but it still didn't help for one of the items that I ordered for a performance that I was in 10 days after my order. Then the white faux leather corset only lasted through one use for after only a couple of hours with it on a couple of the pieces of boning came out. Most of the products I've ever ordered are of very cheap quality."

"Did my first purchase on Milanoo! Although i'm from Greece, the order delivered to me fast, a little over a week time! I'm satisfied with the service and the quality of the products.
I had only one problem: I ordered 2 male hoodies and after measuring my self i got the Medium size. But when i got them, even though they are both medium, one of them is smaller, so i couldn't wear it. But this is a problem i think i made because i measured only for one of the hoodie, thinking that both will be the same size.
So I had to give one of them to a friend of mine because the shipping cost is too much for my country to send it back to get the Large one. The 2 hoodies costed 38 euros and the shipment cost was 40 euros, so i didn't want to send it back.
Other than this I recomment Milanoo to everyone :)

"If you want to lose money for receiving the WRONG items, to be charged high IMPORT TAX and to receive the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE then this is the place to shop. I was thoroughly disappointed with the whole experience.
I ordered 3 pairs of BAMBOO jeans and received sub standard, wrong shaped, poor quality Cotton Jeans. I paid more in import tax than I did for shipping and to send them back would have cost me double what I paid for the whole purchase. I lost over £50 and have nothing to show for it but 3 pairs of jeans that wouldn't fit any one. THIS COMPANY ARE BAD BAD BAD!!

"Love the quality of the shoes that I ordered and the overall factor I look for in a shoe is comfort in a stiletto or pump and Milanoo covered that for me! Shipping was fast and accurate and I would prefer this site to friends and family, they have whatever you may be looking for and more. Will purchase from them in the future!!!!"
