"The bag I purchased was smaller than I anticipated. It won't serve the purpose I wanted it for. I probably would have sent it back but I found the return policy confusing. From the wording of the return policy, I didn't feel assured I'd receive a refund. If Milanoo were to make returns easier, I'd be more likely to shop there again. The order process and delivery were excellent."

"I received my daughter's dress and it has a burnt spot on the dress. The plastic bag it came in has black marks. when I opened the bag to look at the dress I was so upset because my wedding dress I ordered from you was fine. My wedding was beautiful. How could they send something like this. I had been bragging about Milanoo's and now I am so disappointed that I am not sure if I want to order anything again. I have family and friends who are getting married at the end of this year but I am afraid to tell them to order from you."

"Great, actually, it was shipped on time and the product does look very similar to the picture on the website. It came with plenty of room for alterations too. Value can't be beat! So far I am pleased although I don't know if this is the style for me after all... We shall see.

"I was very satisfied, even if I was led to believe the items would arrive in time for a wedding in family - but as it was only extra presents of earrings and cufflinks + tights for myself - it didn't matter too much that it was a week late - an excuse to go see the happy couple again!
The material and colours of two summer items were as fresh and nice as expected from photos - so happy with that - also jewellery was very colourful and tasteful respectively.

"That was very well, so, the unic problem was about the value I paid to the customs house. I payed 54,33 euros on dresses to Milano and overall ships, and customs house totallity 130,00 euros."

"I did not get my shoes you sayed there was trouble with my card, so I did not receive item on time when I did it them it took weeks to talk to someome and by the time I was feed up in sayed on."

"I had to cancel this order as was not shipped. Milanoo only refunded 70% of my purchase price even though the order had not shipped in over three weeks since the order was placed."

"When I first went on your site it was very easy to navigate thru the pages of lovely dresses. I was impressed with the variety of colors and styles. When I found the dress I liked I purchased it but for a miss comunication my order was cancelled. I contacted your customer service department and was helped by a young lady who asured me once I cancel the first account and open a new one my order should go through. so far all is well with my order and I'm waiting for it to ship."

"Hy,
The didnt get the order yet. It is at customs, they want me to pay 85 $ for goods that worth about 60 $ at your stores! Unbelievable! The customs is 25% of the price of the goods. Another is from dhl service. Why I must pay to DHL when I paid sipping to you? whether the shipping means door to door? Why I must pay to DHL?!

You can actually read on Customs & Tariffs on our Knowledge base and there we offer a link to submit custom inquiries at the time of purchase.
