"I ordered a a Tele-type guitar on the 11th, got it on the 12th. Shipping was only $9.50! The guitar is well finished, frets are well done and the pickups actually seem to be good quality. Overall a more than acceptable guitar. The gig bag is also first rate, came free with the guitar. I've paid nearly $50 for a similar one! Overall, I have to say that I would definitely recommend the Indio guitar and Monoprice."

"Impossible to screw in one of the spikes for one of the speaker stand bases. Emailed Monoprice and asked them to correct the defect. Have heard no response and have no reason to believe I will receive a response to that email."

"All of Monoprice's products are of the highest quality. But recently the shipping service has fallen behind. It can take several weeks to get delivery and even then the orders have been getting screwed up and don't even think about getting through to customer service on the weekends. "They have great quality products for low prices. Yes, you have to pay for shipping, but the price is still less and quality greater than anything you buy from some sketchy Amazon 3rd party reseller. I also received quick chat support when inquiring about an item's compatibility with another item they sell.
The shipping via FedEx is really bad, though. I live in Northern CA, and Monoprice ships from Southern CA (usually). FedEx initially tells me that I should get the delivery the next day, but it ends up being delayed for 3-5 additional days for inexplicable reasons. That's not Monoprice's fault, but just plan for this if you need something quickly."
