"I purchased my guitar combo amp from Monoprice at a very good price. When I received my amp I was pleased with the sound and it had adequate power for rehearsal and smaller venues. However, after a few months my amp developed an issue. I will say at first I was pretty displeased with how quickly the amp developed issues since I only used in in home studio for practice. I was unsure how Monoprice would handle the warranty since I wasn't familiar with the company. I must say I was TRULY impressed with their courteous and speedy service! I've dealt with many different companies during my decades of playing musical instruments and I will say that Monoprice's warranty service stands with any of the more well known companies (and surpasses many) that I've dealt with. Any company can have problems with their product but if the company stands behind their product and warranty that's all you can ask. I would have no problem recommending Monoprice. "

"I purchased the mount after reading all the positive reviews. After installing it I am very happy with how it turned out.
The only negative experience I had was after following the instructions and mounting the bracket, I measured to see how much clearance there would be for the top of the TV. It turns out not enough and the TV would have hit the Ceiling. Not Monoprices fault because all TV's are built differently. I do think a warning should be on the instructions to remind the installer/customer to check.
I removed and reinstalled the bracket 4" lower and the Mount now works perfectly. It does make some minor clunk sounds when going up and from what I hear that is normal. I was wondering if i can add some Lube or something like that to get rid of the noise.
Bottom line i I would highly recommend this mount to anyone looking to mount their Big Screen TV over the Fireplace. "

"I'm happy with Monoprice products and prices. However, my recent experience with shipping time is very disappointing.
My order shipped 4/29 from California to Virginia via Fedex. It took a full week to arrive at a Fedex facility 15 miles form me. Then, amazingly, it was transferred to the US post office!! Estimated delivery showed another full week to delivery. As of 5/11, I have still not received the order. It escapes me as to why Monoprice would use Fedex, only to later have them transfer to US post Office. If Monoprice used US post office to start with, it would have taken at most 5 days to deliver from CA to VA, not 2 weeks+ !!!
Edit 5/16/20. Customer service contacted me and apologized for the delivery time. They plan to follow up with Fedex on the bad delivery time and the Fedex to US Post Office process. Products finally arrived (15 days in shipping). Monoprice has the best product selection and prices. I remain a loyal customer. "
