Common Sense not so common.

"I bought 13 headphones with Monoprice.com Friday got them on a Monday Great timing = Happy.
The following Monday they were 33% off I called to see if I could be refunded the difference told no. >Than 7 days. I said it was exactly 7 days they said form the day ordered. = Not Happy

I had to waist time and effort sending all back just to purchase again at lower cost.

Very wasteful..

Happy and sad?

"I found a great deal on a single cup coffee maker and Monoprice estimated the delivery time would get it to me for Thanksgiving. I was so excited to see it even sooner that estimated and ran out to get the k-cups. Everything looked great and the coffee maker even came with a k-cup filter cup in case you want to grind your own coffee. Then I tried to make my first cup of coffee. Then the sad news came with the water that was all over my counter top. Yes, something was wrong with the coffee maker. I had to run out and get something local. When I called Monoprice they took care of everything and I had a credit for the defective coffee maker in less than the predicted 5 days. Very happy with Monoprice. I will continue to look for deals through Monoprice when shopping online!"

Paid for a sound bar but they have no record of the order.

"I paid for a product via Pyapl and they have no record of the order. PayPal shows the money paid to them from my account. I have inquired why they have no record of my order and I have received no response. I understand mistakes can be made and occasionally paypal payments get “lost” by vendors, but ignoring my emails about a resolution is not acceptable. Maybe ordering with a credit card with them is hassle free, but they shouldn’t offer PayPal as an option if they can’t process a PayPal order. Ignoring my daily requests for them to ship the product or refund my money is not how people should do business. I tried to do a live chat and was cut off during the conversation for some reason. They have my email and phone, but they made no effort to resolve the issue. They do offer good products at a very fair price, but the customer service I have received is non-existent. "

Super Customer Service

"Shipping was incredibly quick. It came the very next day after I ordered. Excellent customer support and service. I ordered a wall mount for our new Samsung tv. The site claimed it was the correct one, but upon trying to install it, it wouldn't work. I called and got excellent help from a very friendly support staff who was very willing to help with the return, at no cost to me. I hope I can purchase from MONOPRICE for future needs."

"I had an order that was to arrive so started refund process. They were quick to reply just like always and luckily I received the item in time to reverse it. Forgot my password a couple of times and got great customer service getting it reset. Wonderful experience."

Excellent product and great customer service!!!

"Purchased the MP Delta Mini 3D printer. Upon first trying to set up the printer the print head somehow drilled itself into the print bed 3 times gouging the print bed. Monoprice was quick to replace my print bed and print nozzle without any trouble at all. The printer is now dialed in and creates very impressive prints with ease. You will be hard pressed to find a 3D printer that performs as well as the Delta for the incredibly low price that the printer costs. Self leveling heated build bed, all aluminum construction, color screen, this printer is fantastic!!!! And backed by knowledgeable friendly helpful customer service, Monoprice is my new go to place for technology products..."

Absolutely the best place to get affordable Electronics

"This is the best place there is to get affordable Electronics, they even have bulk purchasing discounts so If you’re a business you get a discount for your larger order! If you need help finding something just jump in the chat and they’ll help you find the exact item to meet your needs.
These products are very modest quality for the pricing, I wouldn’t even know where I would get my Electronics/parts if mono price hadn’t existed.

Good or Bad

"My first experience with Monoprice was not great, the lady told me my warranty was out of stock and that she didn’t know anything about my other products. However, I called them back later and got a nice guy named Timothy. He really helped me out and gave me all the information I wanted, all in all Timothy saved my user experience, I do recommend shopping from Monoprice, but if you get unhelpful customer service then hang up and try again in a few hours."

Monoprice.com Pushing the Limits

"I am not a first time user of this site. All of my electronic and electrical parts for the past 15 years have been purchased through Monoprice. Why not? LIFETIME WARRANTEE ON ALL CABLES. On the two instanaces I actually had to take advantage, without hesitation, the company found my five year purchase date and sent another receiving it 3 days later. And this was accomplished by calling the support number and a real, live, enthusiastic person helped me. (great not having to push 5 different menu buttons) just to get some help. And a last point I wish to make is that pricing on ALL of the items I have purchased in the past, were much below what I could get at the local electrical shop, and the items' quality was better than purchasing locally. I am a Monoprice.com junkie, looking for items for future purchase. When looking for the latest in electronics cables, cords, equipment, and any other current electronics, please give Monoprice.com a shot. You will not be disappointed."
