"I put an order in when monoprice was offering a $25 discount if your order was over $100. I put in an order for several items totaling over $100, but monoprice split the order into multiple parts to ship separately, and then didn't honor the $25 discount. I contacted the customer support several times and they refused to respond or address my issue. I contacted them about doing a return, and they never responded. This business has horrible customer service, and I imagine most people rating it well didn't actually have to contact them."

They have good sound quality, with noise canceling, is very comfortable and has a long battery life before needing to be recharged. It was far more inexpensive than another headset I bought from another dealer. Good quality products at very reasonable prices. "
