Maker Ultimate 3D Printer Repair

"The display on our Maker Ultimate 3D Printer stopped working. Monoprice determined the unit was under warranty, sent a shipping label for the unit to be returned, kept us informed of the progress and diagonisis and shipped the unit back. All very quickly."

fraudulent orders awful customer support

"I put an order in when monoprice was offering a $25 discount if your order was over $100. I put in an order for several items totaling over $100, but monoprice split the order into multiple parts to ship separately, and then didn't honor the $25 discount. I contacted the customer support several times and they refused to respond or address my issue. I contacted them about doing a return, and they never responded. This business has horrible customer service, and I imagine most people rating it well didn't actually have to contact them."

Replacement of printer

"I was very pleased with the rapid response to my problem. The new printer is functioning perfectly. I am concerned that the basic design defect has not been corrected. This is a well known problem. I will recommend the MP select mini as an entry level 3d printer to any one who is shopping for one."

" I have ordered several items from Monoprice. I am especially impressed with Monoprice BT-300ANC Bluetooth Wireless Over Ear Headphones with Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). They have good sound quality, with noise canceling, is very comfortable and has a long battery life before needing to be recharged. It was far more inexpensive than another headset I bought from another dealer. Good quality products at very reasonable prices. "

"I have ordered many items from Monoprice in the last 3 years. No issues at all until last week, when Monoprice mistakenly sent me a wrong item in a multi-item order. I spoke to customer service over the phone, emailed him a picture of the wrong item as proof then got a replacement item confirmation email on the same day. I would not hesitate ordering from Monoprice again. I purchase mostly Monoprice Monolith products - great audiophile products at affordable price."
