"Placed an order .. small one .. for a couple small items .. via CanadaPost mailing .. unfortunately it was placed just before Christmas .. and I am aware of possible delays .. but haven't yet received it (just under 4 weeks now) .. so placed a live chat with Monoprice .. was a quick response from Victoria .. was a delightful experience .. she was polite .. verified my previous order .. and personal information .. determined that it may have been a possible 'lost in transit' scenario .. and reshipped out via expedited method .. possible 1-3 business days .. she was attentive and answered my questions .. this customer experience was appreciated .. will wait patiently for the re-shipment .. first time missing package, I've done previous multiple shipments both expedited and Canadapost from Monoprice .. first time missing .. still a happy Monoprice customer .. and especially the cheerful approach of Victoria .. vs brick and mortar stores where you may return items .. and the customer rep is very negative with a 'Whats wrong with it (frowned-look) attitude" .. not with Monoprice .. :-) Thanks again Victoria .. you have a fabulous weekend! However this is one sly company. Very deceptive. They provide OUTSTANDING products (almost orgas ... well, never mind ... OUTSTANDING will do!), great pricing and exemplary customer service with some VERY sharp minds ... make that ALL sharp minds, just to entice customers into buying more product.

But wait, the above are not sly tactics but HOW businesses SHOULD be run. It's been so long, we just forgot.

In all sincerity though, an outstanding vendor (products, pricing, customer service, level of intelligence, communications, etc, etc, etc ...). From a very experienced business background, I'm not sure how this company was able to control the quality of products mfd in China while this issue alone seems to be the Achilles' heel of many companies.

The only mistake Monoprice could make from our perspective, would be allowing themselves to be acquired by a larger organization (conglomerate, etc). That or maybe letting their quality slip.

Bottom line: we were simple amazed at the quality, especially considering the prices and even more amazed at the level of customer service with this company.

It will feel great to finally share a referral, once again, with other businesses, professionals, etc. Buy with piece of mind."

I have been shopping at this store for couple of years or more and I still have to find one thing to complain about. Their customer service is knowledgeable and responsive to customers' needs. They even offered an RMA way beyond 30 days time (I did an exchange - but still there was not much to argue about and they still helped me out). Sometime shipping cost hits a little bit, but then again with quality of product and overall price over a longer period of time evens out better for customer. I have only positive things to say about Monoprice. Thanks."
