Received a defective item and they were happy to RMA the next day, I had to pay shipping, but I was able to repair the item so no need to RMA.
Shipping could be faster but still received in less than a week but not the three days promised (USPS again?) Packing was barely OK and arrived in good shape. Overall I ended up happy and ordered another (best USB chargeable powered speaker for smartphone there is). Pricing is reasonable too.
They use USPS so you can forget about reliable tracking and I did receive email notifications throughout. Also, I did NOT have to wait for my order to travel from China!
