"MonoPrice.com is the best store for cables and accessories. Their shipping is actual cost, so sometimes a bit higher than other stores, but I can ALWAYS find a co-worker to split the shipping cost. "I needed a mini-DVI to DVI adapter cable, and every other place I found, wanted to charge $10 or more. Monoprice.com saved the day, and even though I chose the default USPS shipping option, my order arrived within 5 days of placing the order. "I've been very pleased with Monoprice for their selection, great prices, and excellent delivery times. Today, Christmas Eve, I realized I sent some gifts to my work address by accident. Victoria in customer service answered the live chat window and very quickly provided the shipping code and toll-free number to track and recover my gifts in time for Christmas. "This store seems legit and has Google Satisfaction policy.
Received a defective item and they were happy to RMA the next day, I had to pay shipping, but I was able to repair the item so no need to RMA.
Shipping could be faster but still received in less than a week but not the three days promised (USPS again?) Packing was barely OK and arrived in good shape. Overall I ended up happy and ordered another (best USB chargeable powered speaker for smartphone there is). Pricing is reasonable too.
They use USPS so you can forget about reliable tracking and I did receive email notifications throughout. Also, I did NOT have to wait for my order to travel from China!
I did not receive an invoice for the last item ordered yesterday but it shows on their website. I recommend starting an account so you can track your order progress.
