Monoprice had swapped the billing and shipping address. I contacted the company to inform them of the mistake, and they said in no uncertain terms (with no research) that it was my error. They were unwilling to refund even a portion of the shipping fees. Horrible customer service."

"I've been using Monoprice for years now, and love their prices. Lately (as in the past few months), I feel they have been getting sloppy and passive about shipping and other information.
On an order I made 12/06/2014(Saturday) I paid for three day shipping (Wanted my gear before that next weekend).
When Monday came, and it hadn't been shipped I called and was told that three day shipping it is three business days(that I knew), and it should go out today, also that I was within the standard shipping being three days, and so there was no point in paying for the three day (great, I wasted money).
Package arrived on Thursday PM with SEVEN items missing. I called in again reported it and they said they would send the missing items TOMORROW and could only send them out the method I did on the original shipment (three days shipping). I eventually got them to do two day shipping but still got my packages on Tuesday the 16th. Well past when I needed all the parts.
Just Yesterday (1/1/2015) I placed a new order. Nothing on the site said they were closed or delayed for holidays, and every item I put in cart I made sure had the "In Stock (This items should ship today (1/1/2015) if ordered within 9 hours 12min)" next to it (I even took screenshots of them). As I was ordering at 4am PST I figures going out today wouldn't be a problem. Here it is Jan 2nd, and over 24hrs later, and my order still says "In Progress." Guess today was falsely stated on their site."
"This item we purchased was USB to micro USB 10ft cables for our cell phones to use to charge them my husband and I both have the same phone (nexus 5) and the cables do not work for mine (trickle charge) but work for his. They are very nice and long and I wish it worked but it doesn't. "
