"It states the item was left in a safe place 9132060246811786. Not the case!!!! The item was left in a dirty food bin that we use outside of our house! Item was ruined. Not safe for me to put my hand in to collect it. I am not impressed and this isn't the first time this has happened. I tell everyone I purchase something from not to use this company for this reason. "Very poor. The delivery pickup courier is rude and arrogant. I went to get the parcel yesterday and spilt a drink and spent a minute or so cleaning it up so it didn't stain. When I got back to the front door she had left. No note, no warning, she just could not be bothered to wait for me to come back to the front door and left. How can you run a service when your couriers are so bad?I contacted customer services immediately and they were unhelpful and then lied to me. They were interested in doing nothing other than checking the parcel reference and then saying they could not help. When I asked for a manager they eventually said they could help and contacted the courier and said she would pick it up after 2pm. Well that didn't happen - nobody came back.I will be actively recommending people to stay away from myHermes as you cannot be trusted."

"My parcel was received for delivery on the 9/9/17, but was withheld for 48 hours because it was large,the item was a 4 drawer plastic unit, the usual size and weight as seen in most stores but had a rattan effect.Stayed in Monday awaiting delivery, no show will now have to stay in Tuesday, will the item be delivered?"
