"It is the worst company,how it can be voted the best you must have been cheating,I had a parcel send back to the sender after three fail attempts,there is NO way of getting hold of the courier,no number was left and I have appointments daily.I rung up yoru stupid company and even you cannot get in touch with your courier what a micky mouse company is that,I left a message stating I am home after 4 pm but it was just totally ignored.The item has been send back to the sender and three weeks later I still have not got a refund as they tell me they have not got it.I have no proof that it has been send back it is a shoddy disgusting customer service"
