"I was online chatting with your representative yesterday who could only tell me that i had to refer my complaint to the retailer who was sending the parcel. My complaint, which he could not answer, was why, if the parcel was with myhermes, did I have to get in touch with sports direct. My parcel was with your firm and the tracking said that I was unavailable. I was available, I was at home all day. No one rang the door bell, knocked at the door or put a card through the letter box. Who has lied? It is now 4.15 pm and the parcel has still not arrived. I am disgusted with your service, I would have liked to speak to an actual person to make a complaint, but, of course, everything is automated. I have checked an online forum regarding your business and would say that 95% do not rate you at all. Get your act together, employ honest people and if you take on a job do it properly."
"Your drop off points work properly. But you (and we) have problems with your couriers. Several times as collection was ordered, courier didn't come. Your live assistance tells me that courier marked that parcel not ready. The parcel was ready and I was at home all day, but courier didn't come. I think they are cheating. One more thing. I have ordered collection for two parcels at the same address. The parcels was collected, but delivered just one of them...I think it was stolen... So, do something with your couriers."
