Useless

"Totally useless. On at least 6 occasions Hermes has delivered parcels to the completely wrong address, not next door, not over the road but an entirely different street. And on the last occasion a notice was attached to the (wrong address) door to say that this was not the address they were looking for, and still they delivered the parcel there. And impossible to contact them, utterly useless."

Absolute Joke!!!!

"Threw parcel outside a shop door on a busy highstreet our shop was shut, didn't even bother to press the ring door bell which thankfully thats proof .. £200 Tommy hilfiger coat for Xmas gone ... absolutely thick untrained idiots they have for drivers !!! Would love an explanation but I highly doubt I'll get one, I mean how do you even explain that?? Totally INEPT.. below is the tracking number

My Hermes has to be one of the worst delivery companies

"My Hermes has to be one of the worst delivery company I’ve had to deal with especially in the Croydon area the Currier is rude and professional with my parcel the customer service is terrible trying to get hold of someone it’s impossible feels like I’m going round in circles they don’t respect the customer actually feel like I’m getting a migraineJust dealing with this company and I hate the fact that a lot of companies/ retailers work with my Hermes I just feel dread when I realise my order is connected to my Hermes I prefer a Royalmail or any other company But just not my Hermes because I know that I’m going to have to deal with a whole headache with having drama attached to receiving my parcel"

Worst Courrier company

"Substandard Unprofessional Courrier service
some areas like mine are not fortunate enough to get that service . In last 2 weeks I had 4 parcels missing , and when you call Hermes phone number minimum 45 mins wait time to speak to someone and no answers regarding my parcels .
Driver in SL2 postcode one of the worst drive , uses foul language, ill mannered , rude and unprofessional. Did use foul language toward my family . When complained about this to Hermes customer service I never got any reply . As if Hemes management is list bothered about things that are happening to their customers .
So I won’t recommend My Hermes Courrier to any one living in SL2 postcode .

Totally useless

"Completely agree with all the reviews here. My parcel been sitting in the “national sorting hub” for 7 days and 2 days past the delivery due date (which was already late). No communication whatsoever and impossible to get any answers. Very untrustworthy deceitful business. Avoid. "

"No update on the parcel for a week although it was 2 days delivery. I started to worry they come back with a lost in transit story!

Abysmal Service when parcel lost

"Lost a return and now I cannot get a refund for the items I was returning which is over 50 pounds. Impossible to trace if anything goes wrong with the parcel. Telephone service all automated, automatic bot on webchat the same. The only information you get is your parcel is in transit despite it being sent over two months ago. The only reason my parcel is confirmed as lost is by going through a third party Resolver to make a complaint. Complaint was escalated several times with Hermes admitting they have lost it but offering no other resolution or compensation. Absolute joke. So relieved my parcel wasn't worth more as I would not see a penny of it. Do not use them, and definitely do not return or send any items of value via them"

"Appalling level of customer service, how can so many tracked parcels go 'missing' in their computerised system??! No effort at all at apologies or explanations.

Appalling service

"Hermes haven’t delivered my parcel despite originally saying it would be delivered 5 days ago! I’ve had several updates saying it would be delivered followed by one that said they would be in contact with me the next day - surprise, surprise, they didn’t! It is impossible to speak to anybody about a problem as you either phone and get a bot which cuts you off or have to use their digital “assistant” who doesn’t assist at all. I don’t like shopping online at the best of times and this experience only confirms my fears. Mistakes and problems are a fact if life but Hermes won’t even admit when there is a problem. I only wish I could leave a no star review! "

"Hermes are very unreliable
Hermes are very unreliable. They also lie, stating they’ve tried to deliver when they haven’t. I was waiting in all day today and they were supposed to deliver between 12 and 2pm. I had an email later stating that they’d tried to deliver but I wasn’t in. I was in and sitting in the front room, so would have seen them. This is not the first time this has happened with Hermes.

Absolutely disappointed

"After losing my parcel , which I paid £7.89 for next day delivery , they also not bother giving me the claim . They send me an email with a link that when I access is telling me the page is no longer available , when asking if there is another way I can claim , the lady on the phone rudely said there is nothing else they can do , i mean wow , £60 worth of products and they can't do anything about it "

Delivery driver lied

"Your delivery driver has not delivered any parcels to me on 17.11.20. There drivers take photos of random houses and post it as delivered. I never got no parcels and when tried to complain they had robots in the phone and online. I hate automated machines. "
