"From my experience, the level of customer service on the Internet today can vary drastically. When I ordered an Xtend-a-View Pro Standard from Photosolve, I didn't know anything about the company and hoped that my ordered would be filled and delivered promptly. After placing my order, I got an immediate order confirmation in my email. I also got a personalized thank you from the CEO later in the day. Then, I got an email containing an Airborne shipping tracking number explaining the shipping procedure. On Tuesday afternoon, only three days after placing the order, I received the product! I thought that might be the last of email confirmations. I was wrong. Today, the day after the product was delivered, I get another email thanking me for my order and inviting me to comment on service. It's my pleasure.
