"I am a PC user who has recently converted to the Apple world through “enlightenment”. About a week ago, on a day when my synapses were firing properly, I was pursuing the Apple “home world” website, when I noticed, for the first time, the little scooter poot Mac “mini”. This tiny, but furiously smart machine really impressed me. I did some googling and the PowerMax site came up. I pursued their website and discovered a huge cache of reasonably priced Mac mini’s! I sent an email inquiry and a representative from PowerMax (Heidi Wheeler) responded.

I wanted publicly thank Heidi for her gracious demeanor on the phone (answering my plethora of questions). Also, I was quite impressed with her knowledge and insight with the Apple “Genome” or that is to say Apple products. Those of you reading this know that we (the customer) don’t always encounter company representatives who embody 1st class customer service attributes. This was a refreshing experience. Heidi if you boss ever reads this, I hope he/she appreciates the high quality individual you are? Thanks! "

"This is my second purchase from this firm. They are thorough, courteous and prompt. Both orders have shipped on the day placed. The first order arrived the next day, even though I had specified 2-3 day service. The second order is standard shipping, but is scheduled for next day delivery.
(I am only 175 miles away, but it's still impressive.)
