"After calling on Saturday and explaining my situation and telling them that the cover did not fit my CPAP 11 they told me that they would call me on Monday and they would resolve my issue. I got no phone call no response totally ignored. I returned the item for a full refund I am extremely unsatisfied."

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the negative experience you had. Per tracking on the original order and the reshipped order, we show both orders were delivered to a parcel locker at the address but after not being retrieved after a few days, they were shipped back to us.
We have issued a full refund for your order, but unfortunately, we are unsure why the shipments were not retrieved from the parcel locker. We would be more than happy to ship out a new order for you to a different address!

"I had been waiting for my order to get shipped for about a week and ended up ordering from somewhere else because it wasn't going to get to me in time for my trip. It was in the process of getting shipped but tracking said the shipping label was canceled. I contacted customer support and they said it was shipped even after I sent a screenshot of the shipping label cancelation. I had to follow up because they never sent me updated shipping information as promised. After so much back and forth emails, I tried canceling the order because it technically did not get shipped yet. They wouldn't just cancel it and ended up shipping the item anyways after I had been trying to cancel the order for days. The item was sent back and I'm being charged for my purchase. I emailed them about my issue and I am currently waiting for the issue to be resolves. I have not been refunded yet and they have not reach back to me with any updates as they said would happen. I am very disappointed with my experience and won't do business with Sleepay again."

The F&P Solo Nasal CPAP Mask Autofit only has a single hole for both nostrils, is noisy, and leaks around the edges. Not a product I will use or ever buy again."

"My experience started with an issue… the wrong item was shipped. I was relying on the correct item for an important trip with extended family, so was in a bit of a panic. I emailed customer service… and was pleasantly surprised that a human being got back to me within minutes. After a series of emails, a solution was found…the seller went out of their way to overnight what i needed all the way across the country. Mistakes happen… i was so happy that there was a live person at customer service who was able to take quick action. This is a trustworthy seller. "
