"Ordered and sent everything in as requested. Over 2 weeks latter I call they are waiting on the Rx, I had scanned that in and sent it with the initial order documents. While on the Phone I was told that no Rx had been received I countered with date sent and had my order shipped the next day. Poor follow up on orders. "

However it said to “get reward points ??”
Well, FYI….I had 200+ Points and used 200 but the final checkout never showed the credit for them? Nada! “$0”!
I was not going to just say forget it, why would I after ordering several times from your company and not being able to?
We “HAD” a great relationship going?
So I called the number shown and left a vm stating basically what I just said, and expected a response by the next day with my credit showing for $20 I felt?!
Please check the total $ I spent from ALL of my paid invoices please?
So about 2 or more weeks later all I received was a reminder that my Cart still had merchandise in it?
So I am still hoping to hear from you folks but not looking too good now?!

"The power supply for my cpap machine no shipped with my machine. When I contacted customer service it took them almost 48 hours to ship it to me and then they didn't send it overnight. So I had my machine for more than a week before I could even use it. Why they refused to expedite the shipping on the power supply is beyond me.
Very disappointing after spending a couple grand for the machine.
I will be getting my ongoing supply needs somewhere else. "

"I ordered two packages of CPAP filters. The website advertisement did not say how many filters were in a package. Based on the price of one package, I presumed there were more than one filter per package. There was only one tiny filter per package at a price that was too large to warrant another order in the future! On top of the huge price, your company charged shipping. My package arrived two days later than the expected date your website predicted. You lost a customer!!!
