When I was about to checkout, it NEVER SHOWED ANY MONEY CREDIT FOR THE 200 POINTS I WAS ATTEMPTING TO USE?
However it said to “get reward points ??”
Well, FYI….I had 200+ Points and used 200 but the final checkout never showed the credit for them? Nada! “$0”!
I was not going to just say forget it, why would I after ordering several times from your company and not being able to?
We “HAD” a great relationship going?
So I called the number shown and left a vm stating basically what I just said, and expected a response by the next day with my credit showing for $20 I felt?!
Please check the total $ I spent from ALL of my paid invoices please?
So about 2 or more weeks later all I received was a reminder that my Cart still had merchandise in it?
So I am still hoping to hear from you folks but not looking too good now?!

"have wanted a small travel CPAP but due to cost I opted not to buy one. Recently while looking I came across Sleepily. They had a good price on the Air Mini plus a 25% discount. Could not resist buying. I first called the company and spoke with a live person who was very courteous and explained what I would need to buy. I then purchased the Air Mini. Called my physician to have him fax an order to Sleepily. Within less than 24hrs the order was shipped. I received it in a timely manner. Today I set it up and can't wait to try it tonight. It is a great size to travel with."

"The power supply for my cpap machine no shipped with my machine. When I contacted customer service it took them almost 48 hours to ship it to me and then they didn't send it overnight. So I had my machine for more than a week before I could even use it. Why they refused to expedite the shipping on the power supply is beyond me.
Very disappointing after spending a couple grand for the machine.
I will be getting my ongoing supply needs somewhere else. "
