I had ordered speakers for an event a couple weeks in advance, speakers were shown as "shipping" and when I had called to make sure everything was ok and was told that since I had placed my order recently the agent could not confirm but said it was leaving the next day at the latest. After checking back 4 days later the webpage kicked it back to verifying my card again. I never received an email or phone regarding this problem.

If your billing address is different than your shipping address save yourself the trouble and dont buy from zzounds. They will not try to help you solve your problem, verify your card over the phone ect. Order processing is done by different departments that dont talk to each other.

Anyway the event was yesterday and the speakers were shipped a day before. Thanks zzounds.."

I first just ordered on-line and utilized their 4-pay option to play while you pay... I ordered a Marshall A50 acoustic amp and a JamMan looper.
