"ZZounds is the only company in the world that is just so good that I want to give them all of my money! I mean seriously, the customer service is great (especially the live chat), the return policy and the process of doing that is as painless as it could be. I just ordered several items with regular free shipping (3-5 days), and it was here in TWO DAYS. With any other company, I would have selected two day delivery, as I was anxious to get the package, but I knew what zZounds was capable of.
They are simply the best overall place to get musical instruments. The only thing remotely negative I have to say about them is that their selection is not on the level of, say, Musicians Friend (but MF has, like, EVERYTHING!), so I had to get stuff from other sites to complement my zZounds order. "The order was promptly shipped, but had a small issue on receipt where one segment of an LED was not illuminating. I contacted technical support and they suggested that it be exchanged for another one. I felt a little bad sending a 72lb box back to New Jersey for such a small thing, but I did want to have it corrected, so I did. They sent the UPS shipping paperwork promptly and as soon as the tracking number showed that UPS had custody of the box, they shipped the replacement. I just couldn't ask for any better service. "Hassle return/exchange. I purchased a keyboard, but I got defective back panel and score stand. I sent them email to ask for exchange this two items, but after a few emails, they insisted exchanging for the whole keyboard and asked me if I want to do that. Of course I don't want to do that since it is big hassle -- I have to disassemble the whole thing and put them back in the the huge box, which requires two persons' work and the heavy box is about 145 pounds. Their customer service is bad and they even didn't feel sorry at all. They got what they wanted -- I won't exchange the keyboard because of the reason above!"
