Problem was there was about 6 different places that had a good price for it but their customer service reviews were all terrible. Finally, I found zzounds.com. I've never ordered from them, but their customer feedback was tops, compared to the others. It was an easy choice to go with them. I'm really glad I did. The order was shipped the same day and it got to my house in crazy-fast time; like a day or two. Turns out the bag I ordered was too small for my keyboard. This is where these guys really shined. They were totally cool about the exchange and made it really easy. They kept track of all the little details until I had the correct replacement bag back on my doorstep. I've dealt with a lot of on line retailers and hardly any have had customer service this good. Trust these guys. If things just happen to not work out for whatever reason, they will bust their humps to make it right."
