"Ordered a set of four mugs, they took payment of $15.95 along with $10.95 shipping. Turned out that their client unbeatablesale.com was responsible for the product sale and shipping. I received one mug. Upon inquiry, unbeatablesale.com said that they don't sell the four mug set. I received an e-mail from unbeatablesale.com that a refund was made for $26.90. It was not true, I was given a refund of $15.95. So, I was charged $10.95 shipping cost for a product that they don't sell and I did not receive."

"If you are a "brand" shopper like I beware that you may not get what you think you ordered. I ordered a pair of Trico windshield wiper blades at a good price, $14, received them well packaged and pretty quickly. Opening the package I found a different brand, not Trico, my receipt said Trico. E-mailed customer service a few times, they responded every time telling something about private label brands and I should see their FAQS about Understanding Catalog Listings. All I know is my receipt said Trico. They said I could send them back, but I would have to pay shipping. They refused to make good on the order, implicating that I made the mistake. The purchase date below is a good approximation."
"3/26/12 I must edit my review. The problem was hardly Jizbee's fault, USPS mishandled the shipment, it was not the first time that USPS has flubbed an order for me. Jizbee was in touch with as soon as they learned of the problem. The item arrived the day after my review. In hindsight, I think Jizbee is a pretty good online retailer. I'm going to scan their site often from now on.
Placed order March 8, 2012, it's now 13 days later 8:40PM, what could they have been doing for 13 days, checked usps tracking they say they tried to deliver at 6:24PM, I've been home all day, there is no delivery notice failure on the door, don't know where they tried to deliver it. If Jizbee had sent it out promptly, maybe I would have received it by now. I won't be back to Jizbee again and pay for this inconvenience. I'll try calling them soon."

Update. Received the watch 3/14/12, not bad, 5 calendar day delivery. I feel better about it although there was no explanation for no confirmation. Some companies just don't understand customer relations. I would buy from them in the future."
