Worst Customer Service Experience Ever
"I purchased an item for over $2000, and upon receiving it, I realized I had mistakenly ordered the cheaper version. I immediately contacted CDW to request an exchange for the more expensive item. They repeatedly told me that the manufacturer doesn’t accept open-box returns. However, when I reached out to the manufacturer myself, they confirmed in writing that they had no issue with the return.
Despite this, CDW refused to honor the exchange and ignored the manufacturer’s statement. Their agents were dismissive, unresponsive, and made no real effort to resolve the issue. They continuously igno"

Took 2 weeks
"Took 2 weeks to receive items. Just ordered a part off of eBay from AZ received in 3 days. 3rd time this has happened when ordering from JP cycles. Think I’ll switch to Dennis Kirk or Amazon .
Don’t bother talking to there customer service, they just tell you the avg is 5 days. It’s been 12!!!!"

"I have used Parts Dr. several times so far. I found the parts I needed, parts arrived on time and were properly packaged with reasonable pricing. Also, I had to ask customer service about the parts I wanted to order for my dishwasher and found them helpful and spending time to explain and help. Canceled with no explanation
"I recently went to Target online to order refill minutes for my Tracfone. I placed an order for minutes and data and had to update my info (new expiration date on credit card). My order was confirmed then a couple minutes later canceled with an AI generic list of 3 possible reasons why it was canceled. Not good enough. The 3 reasons were BS. My credit is good (payment ssue?), the items were posted so they must have been available (activity not supported?), and I only ordered a data card and a time card (purchase limit exceeded?!). No one will tell me why my order was canceled. Bye---eee"
