OK in store, but forget buying on line
"I placed an order on line. While my credit card was charged “pending processing”, the order was not processed after almost one month. The items ordered were available in my local tsc store…but NOT available to me as apparently an on line order has little to do with the physical store. TSC on line provides no order cancellation mechanism. I tried their customer service phone line, only to receive a recorded message on “how much they value customers” and promoting their club. Finally I found (not easy!) their web site’s customer service form, and requested my order be canceled…which they finally did after several days. While I will continue to shop in TSC stores, I will never attempt an on line order again. Oh, one last comment…theTSC website is poor at best."

Waste of time!
"I placed two orders for shoes that were in stock. Both orders were cancelled. No reason was offered as to the first order being cancelled, while the second order was cancelled due to "out of stock". I immediately went back to their site, which still showed the item being in stock. Calling Rockport Customer Service was a waste of time, as the recording states to contact them by email...which I did...to no avail. Goodbye, Rockport."

"Over the past few years, I have purchased several pairs of glasses via GlassesUSA. Each transaction was smooth, and the glasses have been of reasonable quality. The lenses themselves have been of excellent quality. My most recent purchase was my least positive purchase. Despite GlassesUSA stating 7-10 days to receive glasses, my order took fully 19 days. This was not a big deal to me...but was still of some concern. I finally did contact GlassesUSA via email and several days later received a robo-response which provided little information. Fortunately, the glasses did arrive shortly thereafter. Despite this less than ideal purchase this time 'round, I will likely purchase from GlassesUSA in the future. Edit added 10/30/15: GlassesUSA response below is similar to the GlassesUSA response I received for my email inquiry...that is, their response is not relevant to my review (or my email inquiry). Yes, they did FINALLY send my order via DHL...and yes they sent it at no expense to me...but my original order was to be shipped without charge ANYWAY. Bottom line: it still took GlassesUSA fully 19 days, regardless of their "expedited" shipping, to prepare and ship my order."

"I ordered a pair of Keen shoes from Shoes.com. Shipping was very prompt. However, instead of receiving a men's size 13 shoe, I received a boys size 13 shoe. No problem...I understand mistakes happen. I returned the incorrect pair of shoes via Shoes.com free return shipping label. I then called Shoes.com, to make certain I had ordered the correct item. Calling was not easy, as "all representatives are busy". After waiting about 20 minutes, I finally used the Shoes.com call-back feature, and received a call back within about 2 hours. I would have emailed, but finding Shoes.com Customer Service was not easy...never did find that magic email address. The Shoes.com phone rep I spoke with was not professional at all...she basically stated "mistakes happen". I understood that, and that was not the reason for my call...the only question I needed an answer for was "did I order the correct MENS size 13"...she assured me that I did order correctly, and to send in a second order and all would be well. I submitted that second order, and promptly received ANOTHER pair of boys size 13 shoes. Again I tried to call, to no avail..."all representatives are busy". I did find a customer service email, and did send an email outlining my dilemma. So far, no response. Will I attempt that magic third order? No. Will I order again from Shoes.com. No."

"My first order from HarrisburgStore.com was bittersweet. I ordered largely based upon the store’s touting my order would be received on a specific date, which was four days into the future. This was important to me, as my order included items that could be ruined from heat…and the local weather forecast projected cooler temps for the next 5 days – well within the Harrisburg store promised date. I placed a relatively large order. I quickly received an order confirmation. My credit card was immediately charged for the entire order. I did not receive any correspondence as to shipping date, tracking number…or anything for that matter. I waited. Six days later, still not having received the order and not having received any shipping information, I called Harrisburg Store’s “Chat Now” phone number. It was a business day and during working hours. No response – so I left a message including my return phone number and order number. I received a return call from Harrisburg late the next day. Coincidentally, my order was sent shortly after that call…that was three days later than the promised ship date, and the temps were now well into the mid 80’s. I finally did receive an email updating shipping information..the day after my call. My purchases finally did arrive 9 days after my initial order date. I am located within the 2 day FedEx shipping time, as per Harrisburg Store’s FedEx chart. All was fine inside my single large shipping box, despite the high temps. The items were packed exceptionally well, but the box in which multiple items were shipped looked used, and was in overall rather poor condition. Would I order from Harrisburg Store again? Perhaps…but ONLY if I didn’t need items by a promised date, and ONLY if Harrisburg store offered items at significantly lower prices than other online vendors. Harrisburg Store has a long way to go in refining their performance, when Amazon can deliver 99% of the time within 2 days, and other on line vendors within 3 or 4 days."

"Not only the best prices around, but super fast and free shipping. I had been looking for the CRG 3" Lanesplit bar end mirrors for several weeks, but was hesitant to purchase from SoloMoto versus larger vendors. I'm glad I selected SoloMoto, and will definately consider them for future purchases."
