My experience was fairly seamless.
"From start to finish my book printing experience was seamless. The only thing you could upgrade on is to plastic-wrap the boxes you ship out your books in. Why? Because deliveries today are left on porches, in the rain, yes, in the rain. I was lucky that I caught the my package just in time. Imagine if I would have has a large order, destroyed by rain?
I did submit this idea to your department, however, I received back a notice that you will NOT use that idea. What?
Oh well, look forward to future problems."

Genuine HP re-filled cartridge
"I liked the fact that the cartridge I ordered just happened to be an original HP re-filled cartridge, not a knockoff.
This actually works in my HP inkjet printer.

Well, now that Kroger owns you, shipping is tanking.
"I was shipped my product from three different places -- what?
You're killing yourself on shipping prices (Kroger), and now I do not see "free shipping" per $25 or over purchases on Vitacost brand vitamins. Too weird. But then again, Kroger is in charge now.
In sum, even though shipping logistics are shot, my vitamins still got here pretty fast and they were all delivered safely."

SEMI-BRIGHT LIGHT PURCHASE....
"I ONCE CALLED IN AND ORDERED 4 OF THE 3157CW PARKING LED LIGHT BULBS, ALONG WITH COUPLE OF THE ANTI-HYPER-BLINK GADGETS (LOAD RESISTERS). IT ENDED UP THAT, WHILE THE SALES ASSISTANCE WAS GREAT, THE LOAD RESISTERS WERE A LOT MORE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL THAN WAS STATED IN OUR PHONE CONVERSATION -- AND THERE SEEMED TO BE NO SOLUTION IN MY INSTALL, SO I HAD TO SEND THE RESISTERS BACK? I ENDED UP HAVING TO CALL ONE OF YOUR COMPETITORS TO FIND OUT THE EASIEST WAY TO INSTALL. ALL IN ALL, I KEPT 2 OF THE BULBS AND USED THEM AS REAR PARKING LIGHTS AND SENT EVERYTHING ELSE BACK. SAD.
I DO NOT BLAME THE SALES PEOPLE, FOR THERE IS NO EASY EXPLANATION OF HOW TO DO THIS WITH MY SPECIFIC CAR. ADDITIONALLY, A COMPANY CALLED "SUPER BRIGHT LEDS" HAS BETTER PRICING, SOME BETTER PRODUCTS, AND MORE KNOWLEDGABLE SALES FOLKS, SO I HAVE PURCHASED OTHER BULBS FROM THEM. THIS DOES NOT MEAN I WON'T BUY FROM YOU FOLKS IN THE FUTURE, I DO PREFER A FEW ITEMS YOU HAVE OVER "SUPER BRIGHT LEDS" AND WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE YOU FOLKS ANOTHER TRY. OTHER THAN THAT, I DON'T BLAME YOUR SALES FOLKS, IT JUST THAT THERE HAS TO BE AN EASIER WAY TO INSTALL LOAD RESISTERS -- A BIG FACTOR IN YOUR COMPANY LOOSING BUSINESS."
