"If you're looking for a reputable domain registrar, NameSilo is it. They treat customers with respect and you never have to worry about anything being hidden from you. NameSilo offers the best pricing you'll find and includes such features as whois privacy, domain forwarding and DNS service at no additional charge. NameSilo has the best terms of service of any domain registrar in the United States. Their customer service is excellent. Domain transfers, both in and out, are swift and effortless. The only downside is the limited number of top-level domains they offer. If you need to register one of the popular TLDs, NameSilo is highly recommended."

"Gandi is the world's best domain name registrar. Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the World Wide Web, uses Gandi to register the domain name for the World Wide Web Consortium, the standards body for the Web. The Electronic Frontier Foundation, Free Software Foundation and Debian Project all use Gandi. Why do the "insiders" trust Gandi? Because Gandi has the best terms of service of any registrar in the world. All US-based domain registrars except one that I'm aware of reserve to themselves the right to terminate any customer's domain, at any time, for any reason or no reason at all. Or they can hijack your sub-domains and host advertising on them, or they will insert pop-under ads in your redirects. The largest competitors are the worst. Not only will nothing of this sort happen if you're a customer of Gandi, they put it in writing. Gandi's prices aren't always the best, but they usually are. They have extremely competent, courteous, honest customer service representatives and Gandi is more transparent in its operations than any other organization I've done business with. If your survival depends on a domain name to reflect your brand, you should register that domain with Gandi."

"I found the parts I needed at NAPA Online and accepted their offer to sell them to me on September 20, immediately receiving an email confirming the details of my order. On September 22, I received their email stating the following: "Thank you for shopping on NAPAonline.com. We apologize for the delay in contacting you about your order. Unfortunately, the items you ordered are not available at this time. They are on factory back-order, and we do not have an estimated delivery date. Your order has been cancelled, and you will not be charged for the item." They didn't even have the courtesy to specify which items were unavailable, they just unilaterally cancelled the entire order with no further communication. Meanwhile, today, September 23, the full amount of this order is still being held by my bank as a pending transaction. This means I don't have access to these funds in my own bank account, because of the grossly incompetent business model of NAPA Online! There are far, far too many reputable competitors with actual, legitimate offers of sale than to ever go through this again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NAPA ONLINE!"

"Xubuntu 14.04.1 LTS was released on July 24 and it wasn't featured yet on OSDisc.com by the afternoon of the 25th, so I emailed customer support to ask when it would be available. The owner of the company sent a detailed response, including a link to the order page, at 1:00 AM! That's the kind of dedication I really appreciate! OSDisc.com literally uses industrial grade systems and equipment throughout their production chain and their QA is second to none. So, I placed my order on July 26 using their excellent website and received confirmation by email. Normally, they ship orders on the next business day, but mine went out two business days later, on July 29. Apparently, they experienced a surge in orders over the weekend, after the Ubuntu point release. I still think this turnaround time is exceptional for a custom manufactured product of this quality, at this price! I didn't even order a stock SKU. I placed a special order for a new type of USB 3.0 drive! I got free shipping, yet received my order two days later on July 31, all the way across the country and was able to track the delivery to my door. Again, exceptional. I highly recommend OSDisc.com."

"I was amazed that THMotorsports had the product I wanted at a dramatically lower price than anyone else, so I checked ResellerRatings and found it was a very reputable company. I placed my order (60484) over the weekend and the product drop-shipped from the distributor on Tuesday. I had it Thursday morning, in perfect condition. Congratulations to THMotorsports for utilizing a better logistics system than any of their competitors. This gives them lower costs and as a result they are able to offer remarkable pricing with superior service."

"After reading a strong recommendation of their C-Salts mineral ascorbate vitamin-C product, I visited the website of Wholesale Nutrition. They have a great site, but because of federal restrictions on product claims, I had to call their toll-free number for more information about one of their products. This merchant has one of the best customer service departments I've ever encountered. The gentleman I spoke with directed me to the information I was looking for on their site. I placed my order for a single item and got free Priority Mail shipping. My order arrived well-packaged in two days. Their C-Salts product really is great. I have added it to my daily nutraceutical protocol."

"Telna is the world's best long distance provider. In fact, Telecom North America is the best telecommunications service provider of any kind on the planet. I was once a national accounts manager for one of the largest telecoms in the world. In that capacity, I was expected to cheat and steal from customers and then lie to them about it. Instead, I got my customers tens of thousands of dollars that were owed to them. Needless to say, my career as a manager in the telecommunications industry was a short one. Unfortunately, bandit behavior is absolutely endemic in the telecom industry. That's why doing business with Telna is such a profoundly refreshing experience. They do everything right. Every aspect of their business is planned and executed to please their customers. I have never found this kind of customer experience from another telecom company of any kind and neither has anyone I know. I recommend Telna at every opportunity and everyone I tell about the company is skeptical at first, because of the bad experiences they've had with other telecommunications service providers of all kinds. But, those who switch to Telna are consistently as pleasantly surprised as I was when I switched. Telna charges no monthly fees and has no minimum billing charge. In fact, I've been a customer for two years and have yet to pay them a penny! That's because they don't even process a bill until a customer accrues at lease three dollars in charges. When I do make an infrequent long distance call, Telna bills me for the exact time I use their network. In other words, instead of billing by the minute like other long distance companies, they bill by the actual second! Their customer service representatives are the nicest people in the industry. Of course, I'm sure it's a pleasure to work for an employer that does everything it can to benefit its customers. If you need to designate a long distance carrier for your wireline telephone service, choose Telna, the best long distance company in the world."

"I have a love/hate relationship with BB&T. I love their online bill payment service, but I hate all the "gotchas" they use to extract service fees from their customers. I began using BB&T online bill payment a few years ago after a postal rate increase and never looked back. It works wonderfully and I've never experienced any problems using it. Best of all, it's completely free of charge. So, I don't even have to pay for postage to remit payment for bills. BB&T uses this service to provide a strong incentive for utility companies to do business with them. Those who maintain accounts at BB&T receive payment much sooner than those who don't. Unfortunately, BB&T lies in waiting for consumers who fail to understand all the terms and conditions of doing business with them. It's these customers who generate fee income for the bank. You want to make sure you aren't one of them. First, it's necessary to understand that BB&T always debits payments before crediting deposits. Gotcha! Second, BB&T takes a couple of days to credit cash deposits and direct deposits to accounts and even longer for checks. So, don't expect to make a deposit and then have access to your money from your account right away. Gotcha! Third, BB&T attaches the amount of an online bill payment immediately, even if they won't actually send the payment for several days. Gotcha! Of course, if you're a victim of one of these or other "gotchas" you'll be paying overdraft fees for each debit they process while you have insufficient funds. So, if multiple payments bounce, you'll be hurting. Don't think you can talk your way out of these fees, either. It isn't going to happen. The company has to make up their derivatives losses somewhere. So, make absolutely certain that you completely understand how each and every debit and credit to your account is posted before you use an account at BB&T. If you do, you can enjoy free bill payment service with a very high quality of operations to back it up."

"Retail stores of The Kroger Company are the exclusive point-of-sale locations to buy phones and airtime cards for this service provider. In fact, Kroger uses i-wireless as a customer loyalty program, tying the purchase and use of the phone to free airtime minutes awarded for making purchases. Unfortunately, i-wireless is absolutely horrible. Reputable wireless providers send returned phones to a remanufacturing facility for separate redistribution through the appropriate channel. i-wireless sells returned phones to unsuspecting customers as new. Reputable wireless providers are transparent in presenting the fees they charge to maintain and use their service. i-wireless is completely opaque about their fees and for good reason. They lie about the actual cost of their service! Reputable wireless providers make it easy to do business with them by offering service renewal options online. i-wireless forces users to visit a Kroger store to buy a card in order to continue using their phone. This is a manipulative tactic to "drive traffic" into the stores. Reputable wireless providers strive for excellence in their operations. Unfortunately, i-wireless can be depended upon to operate a Web site that fails to function properly with stunning consistency. Reputable wireless providers do not lie, cheat or steal from their customers. After the i-wireless site indicated that I would be charged $7.00 for "free" minutes I earned as a bonus for signing up, I called their customer service line. The representative proceeded to "slam" me into a different service plan than the one I had selected, without my permission. This was only one of the many insults I experienced with them. Reputable wireless providers make it as easy to stop doing business with them as it was to start. When I tried to return the i-wireless phone I had, I was refused. I only got an authorization processed after asking for the last names of those involved to provide to the magistrate clerk when I filed my civil action! To reiterate, i-wireless is positively, absolutely horrible! The solution? Go to http://www.consumersearch.com/ to identify the best wireless providers."

"I was once the regional manager for the nation's largest affinity marketing company. So, I know how to help businesses differentiate themselves in the marketplace. I know how to help them acquire new customers, retain those customers, build relationships with their customers, cross-sell to them and generally maximize the relationship for profit. What Kroger does is something altogether different. It is first necessary to understand that success in retailing is achieved by successfully manipulating customers to buy and buy and buy. So, always be aware that everything you encounter in the retail environment is designed to manipulate and coerce you. Unfortunately, now that Kroger has acquired an enormous customer base, their idea of affinity marketing has become something Machiavellian. The example of this that I experienced this week was with their wireless phone customer loyalty program. Kroger Company retail stores are the exclusive locations to purchase phones and airtime cards from provider i-wireless. Possession and use of this phone is tied deeply into the Kroger Plus Shopper's Card and My Kroger section of their Web site. The problem is that i-wireless is just a horrible, horrible company. I actually try very hard to never return anything. But, after one of the most painfully awful consumer experiences of my life, I presented the phone I had purchased at the local Kroger store for return. I was refused. I met all the requirements for returning the phone, mind you, it's just that the demigods at the service desk refused. This is how The Kroger Company operates a customer loyalty program! It was only after asking for their last names to provide to the magistrate court clerk when I filed my civil complaint that one of them began getting authorization for the return. Even though I had approached the dispute calmly but authoritatively, I was assaulted by others charged with providing "customer service" with a reactionary verbal barrage. Again, this is because I decided not to take advantage of a customer loyalty program! To add insult, this tirade was at the hands of "business people" who had never even heard of the Uniform Commercial Code. Unfortunately, to assault, intimidate, coerce and manipulate customers has become their version of relationship marketing at The Kroger Company. Beware."

"I've used many Web and online services hosts over the years. Even the best--of which I've only found a few--eventually disappoint. Arvixe has been the singular exception. I spent many, many hours over a long period of time researching Web hosts before selecting Arvixe. From the very beginning, there was one thing that made Arvixe stand out from all its competition. That is the values of the company's owner. Arvixe is more transparent than any other host I've ever done business with. The management and employees don't try to hide things. They're very upfront with every detail of the firm's operations. This is in stark contrast to their competition. The management of Arvixe also values accountability. Every policy has a purpose. Every employee is honest and forthright. The company reasonably expects the same from its customers. Arvixe uses ingenious methods of preventing rogue customers from monopolizing system resources. Therefore, their services are never "oversold." Of extreme importance is that every employee is very highly competent! They not only treat customers with respect, but consistently have exceeded my expectations with personal, detailed responses to every inquiry. In fact, each communication I've had with the company has been handled with greater detail, courtesy, responsibility and professionalism than any other hosting company I've ever used. The services I purchased from Arvixe are provisioned from one of the world's largest data centers. Of course, this brings with it all the advantages of massive bandwidth, enterprise class facilities and failsafe operation. Quite unlike every other hosting company I've ever used, each application available in my hosting package meets the highest standards in the industry for features, performance and reliability. Best of all, the implementation and administration of these systems and services by Arvixe is flawless. As good as the story of Arvixe is in terms of performance, it gets even better. Their pricing is extremely competitive. In addition, I used a coupon I found on the Web while doing my research and the discount it provides is applied for the life of the account! Arvixe represents an extremely rare occurrence of doing business with someone who just keeps delivering pleasant surprises. Finally, after years of wandering, my Web sites and online services have found a permanent home."

"Garlic Rx sells Alli-C, which is made by Allicin International in the UK. This is the authentic Allisure brand of allicin, the garlic extract developed by Dr. Peter Josling. Allisure is also available in the US under the names Allimax, AlliUltra and Allimed, at MUCH higher prices. Alli-C provides 270 mg of Allisure allicin powder per capsule, along with 60 mg of high-quality vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate, not ascorbic acid) and 40 mg of citrus bioflavonoids to enhance the effects of the vitamin C. Dr. Josling has said in interviews that the combination of Allisure with vitamin C is the most effective anti-pathogenic combination his research team has ever found. So, Alli-C is not only less expensive than other products containing allicin, it's also much better! Before you order from Garlic Rx for the first time, you must disclose from a form on their home page how you found them. This is to protect their affiliates, who get a commission. Just say you discovered them through ResellerRatings.com, which is not an affiliate, so you'll get the best pricing. My experience purchasing from them was seamless and I received my product in good condition, in three days, all the way across the country. For a permanent receipt of your transaction, be sure to print the page confirming your purchase at the end of the ordering process. Or, save the email confirming your order, as no receipt will be included with your shipment. If you want the best allicin supplement available at the lowest possible price, Garlic Rx is your source. More information about Allisure is available at http://allimax.com/"

"HealthRemedies.com is an absolute jewel in the sea of Internet merchants. They offer the very best brands of pharmaceutical grade nutritional supplements that are extremely hard to find. Best of all, they offer excellent pricing! Their site is of extraordinarily high quality and uses the very best secure ordering technology. I placed my first order and received the product drop-shipped from the manufacturer in an incredible two days with free shipping! HealthRemedies.com is just unbelievably good."

"I needed a particular nutritional supplement, so I searched Google Shopping. I found the best prices at online retailers that have been proven to be disreputable, each for their own individual reasons. Some use insecure e-commerce platforms. Some are notorious spammers. Some have actually had their customer service staff lie to me in the past. I eliminated these businesses one-by-one from consideration for my purchase. The best price offered by a reputable vendor was from eVitaminStore.com. I placed my order and received email confirmation. This was followed by shipment notification three days later. My order arrived three days after that. The Postal Service managed to damage the shipping box slightly, but the order had been well-packed and everything was perfect. eVitaminStore.com is a solid, reliable, trustworthy place to do business, particularly when purchasing something as important as health-related products. You can pay less today by buying from a cheaper competitor, but in many cases, you'll pay in unexpected ways later. eVitaminStore.com has my recommendation."

"Swanson offered a product I needed at a good price. So, rather than order at a cheaper price from competitors who have proven to be inferior, I opened an account and placed my order. I didn't like it that they limited the quantity of the item I needed to 3 per customer, but I settled for this limitation. I've never seen this type of limitation from any other online retailer. After placing my order, the receipt I received by email had the wrong address. I called their customer service number and discovered that Swanson's address validator had incorrectly changed my address. Strike 1. The next day, I received an order shipment notice. A week later, my order was delivered in an envelope by parcel post. Thankfully, everything arrived intact, despite the lowball shipping. Swanson included a coupon with my products to receive five dollars off my next order. Unfortunately, the coupon expired TWO DAYS before it was mailed. Strike 2. Despite choosing not to receive junk email from Swanson, each day since I placed my order, they have sent me junk email. I have even clicked the "unsubscribe" link in each message and confirmed my status to opt out of such mailings. Today, after receiving my order, I logged in and formally verified my choice not to receive junk email. Since I have no further need to communicate with them, I changed my email address to one I use for garbage collection. Strike 3. Swanson is a thoroughly mediocre operation. I know they're large and have been around for a long time, but those facts make their uniformly poor performance that much more disappointing. I don't anticipate ordering from them again."
