"Great company, took advantage of layaway option to pay for item in several smaller payments. Found them very easy to work with. "I've placed about 25 orders over the years always with amazon directly and not a subseller. I've always been amazed at the prompt shipping and great customer service. This order was for 4 of the WVC210 cameras that were over $230 everywhere else and found them here for $176! Great job amazon."

"Staff at newegg have been "eggcellent" in working with me on a package that was lost in the shipping process. I'm really was not looking forward to being part of a missing package order and having to defend myself. But the customer service chat offered me options and made the replacement process very easy and quick."
