"This site has gone so far downhill in the past year or so it's not funny. Extreme shipping times, misrepresented shipping times, wrong items and misrepresented items have been par for the course. I have had to return 2 out of the past 6 items for being misrepresented on the site. A current order has shown 9/22 as delivery date. It's 9/23 and no item. Amazon's answer is to "give it a couple more days.""

"I found these folks in search of a "Amazon replacement" for flour etc. Prices are very good, shipping is fast. Ordered on Sunday 12/7, package showed up 12/10. Packed great, no shipment/product issues."

Update: I've ordered a couple times from them since the first review and still are A+. I had an issue with an order, customer service helped me right away, replaced the wrong item no questions asked and asked that I give the wrong item to a shelter.

"I placed an order on 8/17, I received an email confirming that order. My credit card was charged.
I received an email saying that the order was complete and had shipped. I clicked through on the "track your order" and it passed me through to UPS.
A couple days later to check the shipping progress, the order disappeared. I called target.com to find out what happened, the rep couldn't find it and transferred me to the team that could help. I was on hold for 25 mins and gave up.
I called back and told the rep and she said she would transfer me to the team that could help. I told her no, either resolve this or put me through to a supervisor. She refused to put me through to the supervisor.
This place is a joke. Don't bother ordering from them."

"Never again. I ordered on Aug 7. I received the email confirming the order. I looked on the website on Aug 15 and it reported "All shipped". When I looked at the UPS tracking number, it said that the items had not been received for shipment.
I called the customer service number and was told that neither UPS nor the vendor knew where it was. I said so where does that leave me? She said it was the best she could do. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager said it seems to be lost somewhere and they would launch an investigation and would have results in 8-10 business days.
In the meantime I am out $137 and have no merchandise or do I know when it is going to be shipped, if ever."

"I bought something from these people on eBay. The item ended at $26.change, with free shipping. The invoice came, $26.change, sales tax, and showed free shipping. When I went to their web site to check out, there was shipping charged.
I wrote in and got this for a reply:
Thank you for contacting us. This item does have free shipping. Our system sometimes breaks will show our shipping cost to ship the item to you and deducts it from the total of your winning bid, for our own shipping cost tracking purposes. Is this what you are referring to?
