"I wanted a somewhat different or special emerald pendant or necklace for a lady friend's birthday. I was disappointed with most things I found at other jewelers.
Then I came across "Ruby Lane", and found a lovely necklace at D and L Vintage.
After D and L sent me a confirmation e-mail, I called and gave them my credit card number. The item was shipped promptly, and was indeed lovely.
Their service was great, and the item was perhaps even better than advertised.
I would gladly deal with D and L again, and I won't hesitate to recommend them."

"Very happy with the items I received.
Bought a Silverstone case for my computer; same model was available on several web sites, this was the only one that specifically listed a window in the case. Case came in original manufacturer's box, with some damage to it. No damage to product inside, though.
Other items arrived fine, no problems.
Order was processed promptly, shipping was MUCH faster than expected (since I'm in their local area, the UPS ground service is delivered the next day) ... actually came sooner than I wanted it!
However, I just ordered some software for FedEx Standard Overnight delivery ... I wanted it this weekend. I should have investigated further ... this service is ONLY delivered on BUSINESS days, so it'll arrive Monday ... when I'll be out-of-town!
Not Newegg's fault ... if delivery is important, be sure to check with the carrier about their services."

"Checked ZipZoomfly because a friend has used them. I ordered most of the components to build a new desktop computer from scratch.
The primary reason for placing the order here was that they carried the 89W version of the Athlon 64 x2 4400+ processor (ADV part number); I couldn't find anyone else on-line who did. They are good about referencing the manufacturers' part numbers, so you can do a little research and be absolutely sure of what you're getting.
Their web site is VERY clear that most of these items are warranteed through the manufacturers, and that any returns will have to go through them, NOT ZZF.
Also, they state clearly that they will take 1 to 2 days to PROCESS your order, and THEN it will be shipped. I placed my order late at night, and it was shipped the next day.
Everything was what I expected, service was prompt, prices are good, no problems."

"Ordered a Nikon Coolpix 8800 for the great price of $539, plus shipping & handling. Got the usual e-mail to "call to confirm".
Called, was told the product was indeed "factory new in the box" and that they were an authorized Nikon dealer. Then was told the price was really $639 ... the $539 was after I got the rebate from Nikon.
Not what the website showed. Cancelled the order. Now I'll have to wait and see if they try and bill my credit card.
I should have checked here first!"
