All kinds of items. Light bulbs, concrete sealer, dishwasher detergent, etc.
All arrive as scheduled.
All arrive unbroken.
Prices are good, but the real reason I shop so much at Amazon is the SELECTION."

"A good buying experience at Lowe's.
Wanted a Bosch dishwasher.
Lowe's had the 3 models that all my online research had narrowed it down to.
Picked one.
The sales clerk was friendly (not knowledgeable) and the buying process was easy.
Price was the lowest that I could find."

"I knew that I wanted a Danze Parma kitchen faucet. I found DanzeFaucetWarehouse.com by searching on the web and I am very happy that I did.
1. Very good prices. I did compare with Sears Great Indoors (instant gratification as I could pick it up, maybe) and one other online site.
2. Easy to use website. Finding the items you want and ordering is very simple.
3. Excellent customer service. I was not sure about one item (the particular finish) and called customer service and Kevin was very helpful.
4. Great order experience. I ordered on Friday and they shipped it that day. I got two emails. One saying that they had received the order and one saying that it had shipped. I then got an email from UPS and it arrived just 5 days for $zero shipping cost."

"Excellent source of used books.
Sometimes the book just does not exist as new.
Then, I go to Alibris and find it.
Order it and receive it.
Alibris is a middleman so shipping problems are the fault of the individual bookstores. However, I have NEVER had a problem in the last 3 years."

"I really like and am pleased with Other World Computing (aka MacSales.com).
I was trying to determine which hard disk I should buy for my 12-inch PowerBook as I wanted a higher-capacity drive. I called OWC's Customer Service on a Sunday and spoke with a very helpful and knowledgeable person who told me that I should buy the 5400 rpm drive rather than the 7200 because it would be slightly quieter and cooler.
I thought OK, but I really has the hots for the faster drive. Then, I went to www.barefeats.com where I read a performance review that showed that you don't gain much from the faster rpm drive.
Placed my order with OWC. It was easy. Received confirmation and tracking info quickly. Drive arrived right on time.
I find the OWC site to full of good information about what works with what in the Mac world.
I purchased 2GB of RAM for my Power Mac about 6 months ago and it worked perfectly.
Give OWC a try. I think you will glad you did.

"LaCie is great!
I ordered an extra "brick" for my LaCie FireWire drive on Tuesday (24MAY2005) and had it on Friday. Three days and I paid for the cheapest slowest shipping.
Previously I have ordered two LaCie Porsche Design FireWire drives. Delivery was quick.
With one of them, I needed some technical help for setup. LaCie Tech SUpport was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly.
LaCie makes great products and is very easy to do business with."

Excellent service. Before and after the sale.
I have purchased 3 Macs from Small Dog in the last 2 years and am completely satisfied.
But, the true test of a company is when something goes wrong.
I ordered a brand new iMac and someone's fingers slipped and the wrong computer was shipped to me. The two machines were almost identical, but not quite. These things happen. I called my sales rep and he said: "My fault. We will overnight a new iMac to you." They did. It arrived 26 hours later. They also included a return label and UPS will pick up the wrong iMac this afternoon.
This is great customer service.

I ordered two (2) AppleCare items and they arrived very quickly.
I then realized that I was an idiot as the time limit had expired on one of my iMac. Therefore, I had the pleasure of doing an RMA.
It was so easy. A phone call to a very helpful and friendly person.
No restocking charge for my stupidity.

"A very unhappy experience with my second order from BuyDig.com.
On Sunday, 15DEC2002, I placed online orders with MWave, NewEgg, CoolrGuys, GreenBatteries and BuyDig. All sent me email confirmations about shipping by Monday afternoon, EXCEPT for BuyDig. On Wednesday, 18DEC2002, I called BuyDig's customer service number and got a recorded message that said: "our systems are down please call after 8PM". Well, their business hours end at 7PM. This seemed liked Catch-22 to me. On Thursday morning, I called and got the same message. Then I called Sales who transferred me to Customer Service so I could hear the message again. Finally, after 5 phone calls (and many more attempts because of busy signals), I spoke to a sales person who said: "Your order will not even be processed until December 27th as stated on our website". So, I cancelled the order.
Then I went to look at the website to see where it said "the 27th". Could not find any such statement.
I will NOT purchase from BuyDig again. I will recommend to all my friends that they NEVER buy from BuyDig. BuyDig's "after the sale" process is annoying and somewhat deceitful."

"I ordered a Maxtor hard drive on Saturday (26NOV2005). NewEgg sent me numerous emails starting on that day. I tracked my order with UPS and it arrived exactly as scheduled on Thursday.
Installed the drive in my PowerMac and am formatting the drive as I write this.
NewEgg has excellent prices ($119.98 for (nominal) 300GB SATA drive) and fast delivery (4 days for $3.50).
