One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Avoid like the plague
"One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Ordered a couple of AIO Printers because they advertised guaranteed 2 day shipping and I needed for a customer. Apparently, they ship through Staples so there's no tracking. 2 Days later their site says, "Out For Delivery" I was out for the day, and they weren't there when I got home. Checked the site and low and behold there was an entry for both orders at 10:30am, "Customer requests Future or Redelivery" Uhhh, no, I did not. Contacted them and nobody was able to give me a straight answer. Then, all of a sudden I get an email that one of the orders was cancelled and a replacement order was placed, for delivery in TWO MORE DAYS. I called them again and told them I wanted them tomorrow, not a new order, and it was like Keystone Kops. Nobody could do anything. Well, the next morning the two orders were unceremoniously dropped at my door, no notice, no bell ring, but the 3rd order they made was still pending. I called, I emailed, I emailed both Staples and Quill Executives asking that the 3rd order be cancelled and not delivered. All I heard from Customer Service was they can't stop it, it's "already been dispatched for delivery" TWO DAYS IN ADVANCE? With a local Truck Delivery? And they couldn't make a phone call to Staples and say, "DON'T DELIVER IT????" Please. Two days later, again, they unceremoniously drop the 3rd one on my doorstep, IN THE POURING RAIN, with NO plastic wrapping. No doorbell ring, no notice it was left. I eventually found it there and again contacted everyone, including Social Media and told them to come pick it up, and all they do is send me a label, like I have to now take it somewhere to ship it back to them. Finally, late that day the head of Quill CS finally emails me a rude email telling me to keep it, but they're closing my account, lol. THANK YOU! Like I would've ever ordered from these clowns again. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place like the plague. Nothing but headaches and incompetence. Check out all the BBB complaints"
"Purchased software from them 4 months ago with an advertised rebate. To date I am STILL waiting for it to be paid. Have contacted them and the rebate company numerous times with each blaming the other one. Filed BBB and AG complaints, and they've lied stating I received the payment when I have not. Complained via Twitter and Facebook, same thing, in public they state "we'll try to help" but, in fact, they don't. Just useless canned responses and excuses. Just a sad pathetic company. Would NOT recommend doing business with these thieves"
"This company seems to be getting worse and worse. Dead cards, non-delivery, and terrible customer service. They either don't respond or lie. Don't trust these clowns. The latest is the failed to send me 2 cards and when I complained, their response was to close my account with no warning. Seriously? This is how you run a business?"
"Beware the shipping game. Saw one price quoted on Pricewatch, but a higher one was charged on the site. Didn't notice until after the order was placed (There was, however, NO choice offered in shipping methods) I immediately notified them. A day later they replied and said it was my fault, I should've told them in the order notes. BS. Another shipping lowballer
RESPONSE: AGAIN, contrary to their BS. They had ONE shipping price listed. There were NO options on their site offered, just one price, HIGHER than what was listed on PW. I didn't "select" DHL option, it was the only one there, and it did NOT cost them to ship it what they charged, I looked it up. I never "contacted them and asked if a cheaper option was available", I told them they charged MORE than they listed, and NO, the LIARS did NOT explain that cheaper option was for USPS. Instead, a DAY later they replied and told me I should have requested cheaper shipping in the shipping notes. The clowns tried to say that I was supposed to know that. Yea, like by clairvoyence. C'mon, why do game players like this always answer the PUBLIC posted complaints faster and with better CS than they do their customers. What a joke."
"My first order from this site. Not bad, but I REALLY wish e-tailers would STOP the annoying practive of telling you an item has shipped DAYS before it actually does. They give you a shipping notice, but the tracking info shows it actually shipped THREE days later. Was I supposed to be fooled??? I'm sick and tired of the BS."
Let me clarify this. Order received on 12/17/2007 2:59:13 PM PT and shipped it out on the 18th. Post Office picked it up on the 18th and processed it on 12AM on the 20th. Even though it was scanned at 12AM on 20th, it doesn't mean we shipped it out on 19th or 20th.
