"I initially found RxPetfood through Google and after further research found they were well recommended on several pet forums.
I live in the boonies and the local vets are too concerned about livestock to bother keeping the cat food I need in stock. I have a beautiful 13 year old Abyssinian male cat that has a digestive problem and his life depends on being fed a proper diet. I was nearly out and desperately trying to locate a source when I found RxPetfood. They had the food I needed in stock and ready to ship. I placed a note on the order indicating I was in dire need and to please LMK if there would be a delay. To my surprise they shipped out the same day and I received the order in three days. I had about one day worth of food left when the order arrived on a Friday.
If you are in need of the top branded food whether Feline or Canine you definitely need to check out RxPetfood.com. I know I'll be ordering from them again."

"I've only ordered from ZZF a few times over the past several years but each order has been promptly shipped, well packed, and reasonably priced.
They have improved their website phenomenally over the past year or so and it's much easier to navigate. I think they may be on target to give Newegg a run for their money."

"I've been purchasing from DealExtreme for about a year now and have only good things to say about them. They have an incredible selection of products, some of which would cost many times more if purchased locally, and their prices include shipping. Considering the distance involved as well as the fact all products have to go through customs the transit time is actually quite good.
The one item I've received that had a problem was replaced swiftly without any hassle. I will continue to do business with DX and highly recommend them. Save yourself some cash and cut out the middleman."

"I ordered an Asus ATI Radeon HD3850 video card for a very attractive price plus it carried a substantial rebate. "My first order from Sidewinder and though it was small it was a critical part I needed for a customers system. The part was in stock and shipped out the day I ordered it. The part arrived quickly and I was able to finish the job and get the system back in my customers hands. Sidewinder was the only place I found that didn't try to charge me $8-10.00 shipping for a six ounce piece of plastic. This definitely will not be my last order from them."

"I've ordered several times from Aubuchon and am highly satisfied with their service. I would rather have a complete order shipped than have items not immediately available cancelled so if it takes two or three days I can deal with it. Their shipping charges are low and prices very reasonable. I live out in the boonies so they save me a 100+ mile round trip and being a hardware store if I order it I probably REALLY need it. They also have great Customer Service. The one time I had a problem it was taken care of no questions asked and you can't beat that. I give them a full 10+."

"I've ordered a number of times from this company and had good service from them every time. My orders usually arrive 2-3 working days after I place them and that's from California to S. Texas.
I really like that they list "shipped" prices. Makes it a lot easier to shop. Too many online vendors list cheap prices and then surprise you at checkout time with ultra-high shipping AFTER you wasted time shopping. None of that here, you know exactly what your total will be.
Overall, my experiences with 3btech have been great and I will continue to do business with them until that changes."

"As usual, Crucial came through with flying colors. I've installed a good bit of Crucial/Micron memory of all kinds over the years and have never received a bad part. If you have a mission critical application or just want a stable system I highly suggest sticking with Crucial memory. Crucial is run in more servers worldwide than all other brands combined. That alone should be a good indicator of quality."

"Just when I was beginning to think these guys had cleaned up their act they bust it off in me. In my most recent order they shipped two supposedly "refurbed and tested" keyboards that appeared to be pulled straight out of an auto garage. Both are greasy and nasty to the point of uselessness.
The Fast ethernet card was not the one advertised though it probably will work.
You just never know what you will get with these folks. Sometimes the item is exactly as advertised and is a good deal and other times it's money wasted. You just have to ask yourself:Do I feel lucky?."

"I've made several orders now from PCI Micro and have gotten good service on them all. Shipping was fast and items were well packed. They seem to charge actual shipping rather than the inflated shipping (or "fleabay shipping" as I call it) most online vendors seem to favor. That coupled with their low prices makes them a winner in my book."

"Well, it looks like it¡¦s official. Best Byte bit meƒ¼. To the tune of $60.00+. A couple of months ago I purchased two PATA to SATA converters for a new system I¡¦m building. One arrived in a crushed worn looking box and the other one had already been opened and resealed with tape (anti-static bag slit and retaped). The one that had been obviously opened was dead (big surprise there) and the sealed one kept losing the hard drive at random intervals. These were the I2S adapters by the way.
OK, no problem, I¡¦ll just return them. Yeah, right. Trying to contact this company is a joke. Phone rings until voicemail picks up and most of the time it gives the message ¡§voice mailbox full¡¨ or else the message you leave is never responded to. I used the contact info form on their site numerous times as well as many e-mails to the posted address with only one response. Early on, ¡§Barry¡¨ replied that I ¡§needed to increase the drive detection time in bios and if that didn¡¦t work just send them back for a full refund¡¨. Well, I shipped them back and they¡¦ve had them for several weeks now with no response. E-mails, voice mails all go unanswered.
All this mind you after numerous previous orders going fine and arriving ontime and well packed. All my orders before however were fans, CCFL¡¦s and other small items. Thank God I never ordered a Main Board or power supply or other expensive item.
The moral of this story is if you have to deal with one of these half a**ed one horse operations, keep your orders small and for items too inexpensive to bother with returning if one is faulty. I hate to say this being a sixth generation Texan but if you order from an outfit in Texas you need to make SURE it¡¦s a decent size company and USE A VISA CARD to have at least some protection if they rip you off. Apparently all the scam artists that used to inhabit downtown New York have moved to Texas and set up shop. The local News as well as the Newspapers are constantly exposing the latest scam. God Bless the American way.
You¡¦ve been warned. BEST BYTE BYTES!!!!!!

"I've ordered from them for several years now and finally had to delete Computergeeks from my list of suppliers. The percentage of working parts to junk has has gotten to be too much. No response to numerous e-mails and no toll free number either. Last order had both a dead cd-rom and a Celeron CPU with a bad cache. Both were sold as new. The cd-rom was in a full retail package and after finally getting a RMA I receive a refurbished OEM cd-rom with no accessories. Never again. Bye Bye geeks!"
