How refreshing you are.
"I received my orders (2) in a timely fashion and in good shape. It was difficult to find the exact filters I was looking for but SupplyHouse had them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Fortunately I spend enough money to get free shipping."

"It took longer than I thought it should to receive the item. The cost for shipping and handling exceeded the cost of the product. These are two reasons why I only order from Jacks as a last resort."

"They have not shipped any product because it's claimed that the items are on back order. However my credit card was billed for the purchase. I don't like to do business with any organization that bills before the shipment is made. This will keep me from being a repeat customer."

We are very sorry for the delay. Your order for the humidifier filters was shipped today from Chicago so it should arrive in just a couple of days. The humidifier filters have been in exceedingly high demand this year probably due to the extreme cold that has plagued almost the entire US. We will forecast better next year on these.

"Although I did finally receive the part that I ordered, I feel that it took way too long. There was never any communication from the company regarding what was holding up the order. I had to inquire myself to find out what was happening. This is the first time I ordered from this supplier and it may be the last."

"Although service from Newegg has been outstanding with all my past purchases from them, this particular one stands out from the rest. I had ordered an item that was previously out of stock while free shipping was offered. I placed the order anyway and was willing to pay for the shipping. An email contact to customer service was handled by Rita Zhou. Not only was she extremely polite and courteous, she offered to reimburse me for the shipping charges which has since been done. To me, this was service above and beyond that which should normally be expected and I for one really appreciate it. I will continue to be a Newegg customer and will not hesitate to recommend their web site to anyone. Thank you Newegg."
