"I ordered a magnet and some rope. The website was easy to navigate. Payment was easy and the items shipped quickly. They sent me emails when payment was confirmed, before and after items shipped. "I've completed 7 orders with Total Diabetes Supply. I've never experienced any issues. After reading the poor reviews I felt compelled to leave a good review. I never had to deal with customer service, my orders were always fulfilled correctly. The website is good and checkout is easy. I deducted one star from their rating due to slightly higher prices compared to similar sites. As far as I can tell, Total Diabetes Supply is a good seller."

Very Happy!
"I ordered a type k probe that I found on sale. The website was easy to navigate. The checkout process was easy. They didn't try to upsell me or try to get me to buy add-on junk. Shipping was extremely fast. A shipping label was created the same day I ordered and item was enroute the next day. Packing was good. The probe seems to be very good quality. Prices are a bit high - but you get what you pay for. I plan to return to ThermoWorks in the future."

Great Transaction
"I had a good experience with ShoeBuy. The website is nice, ordering was easy, prices are good, shipping was fast and they sent an email with tracking info. I received the item I ordered as described. My sister-in-law recommended ShoeBuy after her positive shopping experiences.
It looks like most of the negative reviews have resulted from a misunderstanding of the return and exchange policy. The policy seems clear to me. Exchanges are free, but returns for refund have a restocking fee. This is a common policy for internet stores."

Slower than molasses in January
"From start to finish the order took 28 days (19 business days) to complete. I ordered a few hundred dollars worth of very common coins. The website listed them as "in stock". These same coins were listed as "in stock" at the vast majority of other sellers at the time I ordered. I paid with a debt card. I'm not aware of an unusually large increase in demand for these coins at the time I placed my order. However, there had been a consistent and fairly high demand for quite some time. I placed my order on the afternoon of Jan 15th, 2016 (which was a Friday before a 3 day weekend). Because I placed the order late on Friday, I would not expect the order to be processed that day. After 2 weeks of no activity I sent an email to the owner. Later that day he replied saying he'd look into it. 3.5 weeks after I submitted my order it was shipped. A tracking number was provided on the website. No email notification was sent. 2 days later the order arrived. Signature was required. Coins were well packaged in a plain box. Some of the coins were in standard plastic tube(s). The remaining coins (not enough to fill a tube) were stacked and wrapped inside bubble wrap. They were wrapped in such a way that they could have scratched each other - but I should note that the condition of these particular coins is generally not a critical issue for most people. No serious problems were encountered."

"I had a small order and everything went well. The website could be better organized and presented. I suspect these guys mostly sell to other companies, so their online retail is not a priority. Shipping rates are high. Many items have a minimum order amount. Quality of the product seems good."

"I ordered several ceiling fans and close mount light fixtures. The website is nice, ordering was easy, prices are good, tracking info was emailed. However, a few of the ceiling fans didn't get shipped for 5 days - even though they were listed as "In stock - ships in 24 hours" on the website. I emailed customer support after waiting a few days and they replied. Overall they did a good job, but if I needed something shipped promptly I'd consider a different seller."

"Website is nice, selection is good, prices are reasonable. Shipping took a day longer than it probably should have, no big deal. Bulbs were packaged well and all items I ordered were included. The email with tracking number and order info came as a pdf, which is a bit unusual and could be an inconvenience for people who are not computer savvy. Overall a good retailer."

"I've completed 5 orders with monoprice over the past several months and everything has gone well every time. I wrote a review on their website that described a small issue with an item. A friendly customer service representative immediately emailed me asking if I wanted to start an RMA. The item was only a couple bucks so I declined, but their quick assistance was impressive. Prices are extremely good and product quality is very good. Standard shipping time is about average. The website is nice. Checkout process is easy."

"I've recently made 2 orders at West Coast Shaving. Both went well. Shipping on the first order was extremely fast, and the second order was about average. The website is very nice. Checkout with PayPal was a bit cumbersome. I think I had to enter my address twice. Overall, West Coast Shaving seems to be a very good seller. I'll likely be back in the future.

"My first order from Universal Cycles was excellent. When I received my second order the part (a shifter) had obviously been taken out of the retail box and put back in. It was in new condition and didn't seem to have been used. I guess the part was fine, but I prefer to have my new parts sealed in their factory boxes. I'll have to remove 1 star for it. Otherwise the order was perfect - fast shipping, low price, good email communications, etc. I'll continue to order from Universal Cycles but I may be a little more hesitant, especially if I continue to receive opened items."

"Shipping was too slow. My package took 10 days. I usually receive packages from other sellers in 3-5 days. However, prices were low and I didn't have any issues with the order. I'll order from someone else next time.
Update
It took just over 1 year for Niagara Cycle Works to respond to my review, maybe they just found it? Anyway, they do have outstanding reviews on Amazon, and it sounds like they've addressed the slow shipping. Maybe I'll give them another try in the future."

"First, I don't expect perfection for such a low price. Having said that, I'm happy with my glasses. The website is good. It's easy to find the frames you want and ordering was easy. Shipping took 2 weeks. I'm not sure why the place at the mall can make glasses "in about an hour", but other places take 2 weeks. The frame was a bit crooked when it arrived (one arm angled lower than the other). They're plastic frames, so I fixed them by holding the arm in front of a hair dryer (on low setting) for about 30 seconds until the plastic became just a bit softer, then gently bent them into proper alignment. The lens prescription seem to be perfect (I was worried they would mess up my astigmatism prescription). I got tented lenses (80% grey). The tint color is a little purple-ish, but acceptable. I ordered the 1.57 mid-index. Due to the tint, I can't properly evaluate chromatic aberration, but they seem to be fine even with my -5 prescription. In conclusion, although my glasses were not perfect, for the amazingly low price I can't complain. I'll likely order from Zenni again."
