"I never got my order. Parts were out of stock that showed as available. But after 11 days of waiting for the order to ship I opted to cancel the order because the out of stock products were not due in for another five days."
"On spot, and responsive! Orders ship smoothly, and the customer service is very responsive. I purchased mirrors and rotors for my truck. One of the mirrors had a bad connector. Contacted auto parts waerhouse about it and they over nighted me a new mirror and paid the shipping back for the broken unit. Can't ask for anything more from an on-line seller than that."
"I had read all the negative reviews about buying an appliance from a "big box store", you know the ones about horrible customer service, sub par installers after warranty nightmares etc.. I am so glad that I went to Home Depot and picked and got the new Maytag dishwasher that I did. My old dishwasher caught on fire on a Sunday morning (yes it actually caught fire on the control board). I made the rounds between appliance stores, semi specialist stores and then Home Depot. Not only did Home Depot price match a competitor, they installed the dishwasher for $50 and waived the tax. Plus they honored my military service by taking off an additional 10% from the rest of my purchase.
The installers were on time, professional, and left my kitchen as clean as when they got there. I have paid other service people way more than that for much less professionalism.
I would definitely look at HD again for future appliance purchases."

You'd be remiss not to check them out for anything you are buying, they are very competative and for myself there is no sales tax.
What I don't understand is thought process behind the "prime" thing. Considering most everything I have ever looked at qualifies for free shipping and they are fairly fast about it, why even bother paying for expedited shipping? Or is there something I am missing with the Prime deal?"

"This is an addition to my review below.
After receiving the microwave and placing this review I received a call from some customer service rep who promised me an extended warranty, and strongly asked if I would consider editing ths review.
I still stand by what I wrote, if Home Everything were legit from the start there would be no need to edit a review, furthermore all these reviews you read on here where they have the same names listed of customer service reps who were "so great" in helping these people out. That I believe is nothing more than an effect of a phone call similar to the one I received.
I would deal with them again, only knowing that I might have to wait several weeks to get the bargain. Not because of great cuswtomer service or speedy delivery, that's for sure.
The Good:
I did receive the Microwave that I ordered.
The Bad:
Customer service with this company is the pitts. I called three times over a three week period to find out where this microwave was. I was told three difreent lies and hung up on once. I had serious reservations about this order and almost cancelled. However the lure of saving nearly $175 on this purchase kept me waiting.
I ordered this microwave on 07/28 and received it on 8/16 nearly three weeks after they took my money for it. There is an old saying that rings true "nice restaurants wait till after you eat the meal to make you pay for it". Homeeverything would do much better to at least put a hold on the funds till it ships and then charge it through when it actually does ship. Yes vendors can do that but it takes a little more effort. After speaking with there terrible customer service I can see why there 4th grade mentality would not allow them to do something as simple as that.
However even with all that said they did deliver on the appliance and I can not fault them for that and I did save a bundle on my GE JVM1790, other big box retailers wanted close to $600 for the same appliance and I was able to get it for $439.
One other complaint, this sums up there customer service. My last call to them they promised me it was going to ship the following Tuesday. We were scheduled to be out of town that week for vacation. I asked (nicely) if they could delay the shipping by two days so we would be home when it arrived. I was told by the rep that no, and I would have three delivery attempts and if I missed all of those I had five working days to go to Fedex and pick this up myself. Thankfully Fedex is flexible and there customer service actually works for you. I was able to call fedex and have them delay the delivery."
"Best service I have recieved in eight years from any on-line business. Bought a MSI SLI motherboard (cheapest price) board came and it was DOA. On-line RMA was painless, Chiefvalue sent out the replacement the same day they recieved the defective board.
That is service!
If they are related to Newegg, they have outdone themselves. And they are priced better to boot."
