"Very UPSET ARMY MOM.... I suggest that you do NOT order flowers from this company unless you want to not receive your order and be charged and not receive an email or phone call to let you know that the company ran out of flowers.... REALLY??? wth???"
"Never delivered the order, never let us know. We checked the web site and found no tracking number.
I called in, and they said the local florist didn't have the arrangement. No call back / e-mail, nothing. The flowers just didn't show up on Mother's day.
Don't ever use these people!!! "
"Horrible experience, they mailed ugly flowers, then customer service promised to resend new flowers (but they never did) and they also promised me a $25 gift card (but they never sent it to me) and they also promised me a full credit (but they only gave me back half. "
"FLOWERS SHOWED UP LATE DESPITE GETTING A CONFIRMING E-MAIL THAT THEY HAD BEEN DELIVERED ON TIME. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE COULDN'T READ BACK THE ORDER NUMBER, aVOID AT ALL COST."
"Ordered flowers for my sister-in-law who just had a baby girl. I picked the flowers because they came in a nice Vase that has an elephant decoration on it. Got a call this morning saying they didn't have the vase and they were going to replace it with a black one. Oh and this is from what i could understand from the woman who obviously didn't speak english. I kept saying that i did not want it and she kept asking "Is that okay?" I asked to speak with someone who was her manager and no one was around. Long story short i was on the phone with them for a half hour and I cancelled my order. Still waiting to get refunded. No one there speaks english, and they all say the same responses with you ask questions. HORRIBLE SERVICE, WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. The even offered me an $25 gift certificate to them, and i will NOT use it."
"I ordered flowers from 1800 scam artists I mean flowers, last week. And received confirmation that my order would be delivered ON MOTHER'S DAY 5/13/2012. I received a call that morning from a customer service rep who could barely speak english/form a complete sentence. She informed me that, "No delivery today, this ok?" Um no, not ok. Why do they send out the confirmation then? She said they would be delivered the day after Mother's Day...well Monday came and went and only HALF my order was delivered. I have contacted them several times to ask for a refund of the other half and all I get is, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Horrible, horrible company."
"I only have a few more times to send my Mother flowers. 1-800 flowers just messed one of those opportunities up, and they could care less. I ordered on Friday for delivery on Sunday and they confirmed, but nothing was ever sent. If I hadn't visited this topic with my Mother, they would have just kept the money and never sent anything! I just can't believe Discover Card is partnering with such a low class company!! I'm taking my complaint to Discover, BBB, and at every review site online."
"Terrible service!!! Ordered Mother's Day flowers on May 5 to be delivered on May 12. I received an email confirming delivery to my mother. Called her up and she did not receive flowers. The customer service rep could barely speak English and she said she would call the florist and get back to me. Well she never got back to me and I called again. They told me the flowers would be there the Monday after Mother's Day. This is completely unacceptable especially since I ordered them over a week ago. My mom finally got her flowers on Monday and they were nothing like what I had ordered. A two year old could have arranged the flowers better. Two of the stems were broken and the lilies were brown. I am so embarrassed over this. I will never use 1800flowers again. "
"Save your time and money by going somewhere else."
"STAY AWAY! A sick looking bunch of flowers arrived just stuck in a vase. You could not smell the flowers due to the strong cig. smoke. M y wife left them outside. They also arrived a day late."
"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ordered flowers for my mom on Tuesday before Mother's Day. They were supposed to be delivered on Thursday. They never showed. I called them on Sunday and they said UPS was unable to pick them up. They could deliver on Tuesday, but not the same arrangement, because it was no longer available. The did not offer any compensation. I told them to give me a refund and that I would never use them again. "
"Aweful!, Aweful!, Aweful! Total ripp off, and frankly, a scam. Save your money! Next time i'll use "FTD""
"Very poor ervice. Late delivery. Non English speaking customer service. Overall terrible service. One excuse after another, and no one can seem to give a straight answer. Never again. The was worth the 80 dollars, I hardly think so. I would have been better served to throw money out the window of a moving car. Mother's day ordered, and scheduled for delivery on Friday...No Friday, No Saturday, and you guessed it, no Sunday.....After repeated calls to customer service, I was told they were "out" of flowers, and could get some by Wednesday....What a friggin' joke. I would advise calling the florist directly. 1800flowers is not capable of anything they promise."
"Complete waist of money mever going to order from them again, it was my first and last time i ever going to order from them. The flowers came on time for me but the flowers was not in great conditions. the flowers werent even blooming and also it was not very well decorated. Spent $100 but with that money I could of went buy my self the flowers and also, I could of went to Michaels and buy decorations for it. yet! I will still have enough money to buy nice cupcakes, balloons, and a damn bow for mothers day. I am just sooo disapointed on what my mother recieved today 4/12/2012 Mothersday"
"The comments from other people who had bad Mother's Day experiences sound identical to what happened to me. I ordered on Friday for same-day delivery; got a call back and said the "local florist was backed up" and would have to make it Saturday. That wasn't ok,but at least they'd get there before today. I talked to my 87-year old mother today (at 5pm her time) and asked if she had received any flowers from me. She hadn't. I called 1-800-Flowers and was told that "the local florist had canceled the order." I wonder if anyone would have called me if I hadn't asked! Completely unsatisfactory. The "service" rep wouldn't even "divulge" the identity of the local florist. They have promised a full refund (like that makes it all better), but I have a sneaking suspicion I'll have a problem with that too. Like others on here, I'll say "never again will I order from these incompetent crooks.""
