"My fiance placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Vday, the website tells you that the deliveries will be made between 9am and 7pm before you place the order (I placed an order for my boss with this company as well, and they arrived perfectly before 7pm) so I am not complaining about not getting them until 7pm. I am complaining about getting them on 2/15 at 10am, when my fiance paid extra to have them delivered on 2/14 (between 9am and 7pm) and they never arrived. When they were delivered today, I was told they had a problem with drivers and many orders were not delivered yesterday. My next issue is that I have been calling 1800flowers all day to get my fiance his refund for the guaranteed delivery and their customer service line says "we're so sorry" but they are too busy to take the call! So I sent an email and I am still waiting to hear back!!!! Ridiculous!!!! The flowers are beautiful, but the hassle is unreal! "
"HUGE SCAM!!! I can't believe these guys are alowed to do business. They completely ruined Valentine's Day for me and my girlfriend. Flowers didn't show up till 7 pm. What person want flowers delivered to a business address at 7 in the evening! I had to call my girlfriend and ruin the surprise. She ended up getting upset with me, because she said she knew 1800-flowers to be a scam. She got the flowers the next day, but they were wilted with no water. Paid extra for a vase, that was boxed seperate from the flowers. Plus when I called, they also gave me the number to an adult sex line. They need to be put out of business."
"WORST company ever, Ordered Valentines day flowers on 1/25 to an obvious business address. They tried to deliver at 7pm, because as we all know, most people work until 7pm, right? Then I get an e-mail tellimg me they weren't delivered, and I should expect a call from a specialist. No call yet. "My mother ordered flowers for me LAST week from 1800 flowers and they told her my flowers would be here between 9 am and 7 pm. It is currently 9:41 AND I HAVE YET to see any flowers. My mother spent 75 dollars on a bouquet of flowers. We repeatedly tried calling; no answer. When we finally go through to track the order, it was still in the warehouse and had not left yet!! -____- My aunt cancelled the order immediately! This is the epitome of HORRIBLE customer service. "Giving a 1 star rating is more than they deserve. I was to have a$210 bouquet delivered yesterday and at 7pm it still was not delivered. I called the florist and they said it was on the truck. I waited an hour and I called back and they said all the drivers were in the shop. They said they would send it right out. (They are Conroys). 9pm I called back and no answer. I complained to 1800flowers about this and the next day - Vday they offed me a $20 gift certificate (like really?) and said they would do a redelivery at no extra charge. WHAT!!! Here it is almost 6pm and still no flowers. I called AmEx and cancelled the payment."

No flowers, have not been able to reach 1800Flowers by phone and they have no responded to any emails. I ordered 13 days before Valentines day and was told they would arrive by 5pm."
