"This was the second case I've purchased from 3dcool, the first being a Tornado 2000 five or six years ago, back when they still built their own. Unfortunately UPS recently dropped it when I was shipping it between residences and I'm back again. I purchased A Lian Li 6070 Tower /w an Enermax 420 Noisetaker PSU, and 3 SilenX 80mm 14dBA Case Fans. The ordering menu did not give the option to set specific fans so I will probably change them out myself. For future reference, it might be a nice feature to include a customer comments box so that specific requests (like asking if fans can be changed out) can be added to orders."

Purchased a "PC Power & Cooling 510 ATX-Deluxe", unfortunatly, it was on backorder & the webpage hadn't been updated with this info. Not their fault, it was over a 3-day weekend.
I did appreciate the phone call telling me they were ordering more, just wish it wouldn't have taken nearly 2 weeks after the order to receive my item. Again, not their fault.
Overall, I'd shop with them again.
But first, they REALLY need to fix ther checkout basket, sometimes it won't update, remove, or add items, after you've put "XX" amount in there."
