"I accidently ordered a case that was out of stock,they called me the next day and explained that it was out of stock and what not. the first time 3dcool called i was deatined and he was told to call me back at 3:00... and he did right on the dot. now because of the case being out of stock... it was replaced with a new case and he upgraded my shipping to 3 day for free :)... bottom line i am very satisfied with 3dcool. i have never been disapointed with them yet and i have been a costomer of theres for almost 3 years."

"I was skeptical at first to place an order from a company that I have never dealt with before. Since this was my first experience with 3DCool I was amazed at their customer service. I have a PO Box and a physical address, for my billing information (since I am never really sure) I put down my physical address; 25 minutes later my phone rings and its a 3DCool representative informing me that my order did not go through (invalid address.) I was suprised because this was Memorial Day and they were working. All things worked out, received my product(s) today (Thur 6/3) Everything is in good condition, I will definantly order from 3DCool again."

"Product was received quickly in the mail, even tho it was coming from the states. Quick to response to emails.
Not too sure about their shipping charges however. I bought a $4.95 product, shipping was $5.05. When I got the product the shipping charge on the box said $1.65. Just seems like they rounded up to $10. I was going to make another order with them (as I had forgot to order two of the product I had initally ordered) and I was going to add another item to the list (which could of fit in the same box) and they wanted to charge even MORE for shipping?!?
Seems like a company that tries to make money of shipping for those who don't know much about it. Will be my last order with them.

"Purchased a case and a psu May 17, recieved shipping confirmation to be delivered on may 24. On may 21 I found a missed delivery notice which was odd and I found out that they shipped both items from different location and times but yet only recieved one tracking number which I assumed was the whole order. So in other words I have to get both packages monday.

Picked up case from UPS center opened box up at home 2 long screws where loose in case and box, noticed a 4 inch minor scratch on right side of case nothing serious.
Recieved PSU everything fine.
Would recommend company to friends as a place to shop for great prices."
