"Like most people i was skeptical about ordering from 6pm.com, but i did read some good reviews and they had the jacket i wanted for the cheapest ANYwhere and with free shipping. So i gave benefit of the doubt.
My experience:
Inexpensive jacket(a plus), shipping was 6 days(arrived the day they told me it would), jacket was as described, i love the jacket!
Overall i would have to say this is a great site with good deals, everything turned out well, i highly recommend and do not have any complaints everything went smoothly."

"6pm is my fave place to get shoes, cheap prices and great selections. One thing i have noticed is the differences of their shoes from other "big name" retailers like sports authority. It's in my opinion that they get manufacturer defects which they sell at lower prices. The defects they get aren't so off quality that it's completely different from the big name retailers. Maybe a stitching mistake here and there or a little mis-proportionality with the shoe. But overall they have the best prices anywhere, i have spent around $400-$500 on shoes and some clothing from them, NO ISSUES at all. I don't even mind the little differences with the big name retailers because little defects are fine with me as long as i pay 30%+ less than msrp"

"I placed my order yesterday afternoon and 6pm was running a 1 business day free shipping special. My package arrived this morning. The fastest shipping ever! My order contained a pair of Cole haan wedges (50 % off) and Patagonia leggings ($16 from $55). I have a pair of the Cole Haan shoes in black already and the new pair are the same. There was a small mark on one of the shoes where the leather near the peep toe appears to have been scuffed. If I paid full price for these shoes it would have bothered me but it is not worth it for me to go through the hassle of returning the shoes when I received such a good price on them and the shoes are otherwise attractive and comfortable. The patagonia leggings arrived in perfect condition. They were not marked "irregular" or anything like that. Overall I'm quite pleased with my purchase and will order from 6pm in the future. Just make sure you order when the price is low. The shoes I bought were $89 yesterday and they are $110 today! "

As customers are responsible for the return shipping, you are able to choose the carrier and the type of return method to return your merchandise. You should keep in mind that faster shipping generally does cost more, and the weight of the merchandise makes a difference as well.

After reading the reviews, I figured I should pay for 2 day shipping to make sure I could remedy the situation if I was sent the wrong product or there happened to be some sort of flaw. To my extreme delight, the correct item, in perfect condition was nicely packaged and delivered to my front door. The sunglasses retailed for $140 on the distributor's site and I got them for $65 which is an amazing buy. "This is the first time that I am ever writing a review for anything but I am so frustrated and don't want others to be cheated the way that I was (almost). Let me just start off by saying that I am a Zappos shopper and 6pm.com is owned by Zappos. So when I heard from a friend that they have really great deals on some name brand shoes I gave it a try. I have never had a smooth transaction with them but the most recent one is what I want to make people aware of. I ordered 4 items and needed to ship back one pair that was so wrongly sized it was a joke. Maybe that is why their prices are so good is that they have "rejected" merchandise. I sent back the shoes in the original box and packing materials on 11/11, received delivery confirmation through an e-mail through UPS, on 12/12 I still did not receive a credit. I called UPS to verify and then called 6pm.com. They were rude, told me to stop yelling, even though I wasn't. I was just frustrated that I hadn't received a refund yet and wasting my time with this. Then she continued to tell me that it should have been shipped in its original box, etc. Which I did!!! The company never had any intentions of crediting me! If I hadn't called then I would be out the $50!! Buyer Beware! Additionally, I could hardly understand the person on the other line. She spoke with such a heavy accent that it made it almost impossible! If you get something that works for you it could be a good site because prices are great but if not, shipping is expensive, they don't process returns properly and they are rude! You can decide but thought this could be helpful!"

"Even after reading bad reviews i decided to go ahead with my order. It was the only place on the internet i could find the item i was looking for.It was only $31 and i felt safe using the PayPal payment option. I knew my exact size because i have the same exact shorts. My old ones are a bit faded so i wanted to get a new pair because i love them.
Anyways i ordered size 33 John Vavartos Busted Hem Shorts on Friday and just got them today(Monday)
Im really happy with my order! these short retailed for $98 and I got them for $31 including free shipping. I liked that they give you 2 delivery options for the free shipping because standard ground from UPS or FEDEX always takes long to arrive so i picked the USPS option because its always faster.
Im really happy with my experience with 6PM.com. I guess i'd be kind of worried about ordering something that had a higher chance of me returning because with bad reviews on here it kind of makes me question how easy their return policy is but i would probably give them a shot because of this good experience.
I really never ever write reviews for online stores but since this site has some bad reviews i thought it would be nice to write a good review because im really happy with my purchase
