"I just ordered a pair of White Mountain Magnify sandals from 6pm.com. I was REALLY hoping the order turned out okay because the company has so many bad reviews. I decided to take a chance; customer service stated I could return any items I received damaged or defective. Well, my order was delivered quickly (5 days), and I got a BRAND NEW pair of sandals, with shoes and package in perfect condition! Whew! I held out for an excellent price for the shoes plus shipping, but I still would only use 6pm.com as a last resort until their review ratings get much better. (After all that stress, I don't like the way the shoes look on my foot! Bummer!)"

"I haven't yet had a bad experience with 6pm. I've ordered through them twice, and both items were small ones. The first item was a Moschino top retailing for $768 when I got a really good deal for it at $120. The other was another Moschino product: an underwire bra originally $220 for $68, another great deal. Both items were in mint condition and had received them in the expected time frame. Right size, as pictured. They provided a track number in the email and I was able to track them daily. The packaging was just average; I'm not expecting any frills. I felt that I got what I paid for, needless to say that I didn't have to make any returns. And when I read these somewhat negative reviews of 6pm, it makes me weary of purchasing from them again, but from the service I got, au contraire!"

"I made two purchases from 6pm.com for my husband and the products arrived within a week. The products arrived in new condition, exactly what I ordered.

Size 14 is hard to find at local shoe stores, and when I do find size 14s, the shoes are $60 - over $100. At 6pm.com I get his shoes size for $35 - $45.

The only problem I had is two of my three shoe boxes were torn (it appeared to be more than shelf ware and tear). However, it wasn't that big of a deal to me.

If you are on a budget, I would recommend 6pm.com.

I learned this the hard way after I had $700 worth of clothing and shoes in my bag but wanted to make the purchase the next day so I would be sure nothing was an impulse buy. When I checked my shopping cart the next day prices had jumped on several items up to $70-$80 OVERNIGHT!!! Basically what they told me is prices are subject to change overnight due to supply and demand and they do not price match, even if the lower price was just an hour ago. What a load of BS."

"despite mostly unfavorable reviews towards 6pm.com, I went ahead and made a big order at 6pm.com, consisted of: 2 women bags, 1 Italian leather shoes, and 1 Italian leather belt. It's either sink or swim, whether my guts or other customers' reviews will win.

My orders arrived and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The shipment and delivery was fast, it only took 5 business days for my order to arrive. The quality of the items, fantastic. I inspected all of them carefully and they are all new, unworn item. If possible, they are going to wrap the items using the original box, like the beautiful Italian shoes that I bought. It came with the designer box and each of the shoes inside the box was put inside separate bags. I smelled the shoes (to make sure that it didn't have the smell of asphalt or mud or feet to prove unworn condition) and it smelled like new Italian leather.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience with 6pm.com. Their items are new, unworn. Delivery was top notch. Their discount is especially INSANE. Too good to be true? It is! But, it is true! Will shop again at 6PM. "

It costs me $45 with tax and shipping and to return it's costing me $19. I sent an email to the company and they told me politely it's our responsibility to return and pay and ins. So I am out over $20 and no shoes ! I will stick with Macy's, DSW, Nordstroms, Penny's, LL Bean or Landsend. So easy to return items there. Who can get shoes right every time they order without trying on !! They won't get any more of my business. D"

Then 2 others had markings (pen line, black scuff marks) on them. This site is probably selling Zappos returns since they are the same company.
