Everything about this Experience was CRAP!!!

"First upon ordering I asked my sales assoiciate that everything is readily available in the warehouse. He said yes and go figure that was a lie as I waited 10 extra days. When I received
My first package the blower to my new Ac unit was severely mangled and when I sent the pictures into the shipping department they responded "it should work fine" what a joke. Some people care about how their work looks. This company does give a crap about its customers, just sales....

I reviewed your order and noticed that your order was placed on 12/02/2016, shipped on 12/05/16 and was delivered on 12/09/2016. This is well within the 1 to 4 days processing time for that particular item and the 3 to 5 days delivery time-frame. As you are in Michigan, transit from Florida to Michigan is 3 to 4 days. Unfortunately sir we do not work weekends and Monday the order was shipped. Unless there is another order with the 10 day time-frame you speak of we would like to address that issue.

We do apologize for you receiving your unit damaged. We do not ship damage items and so, customers should not receive their order in an unsatisfactory condition. When there is damage after unpacking the unit, you do have 48 hours to report damages and once contact is made with us we will explain how to proceed. As we have received your pictures for the damage unit, there has been contact made with you via email of what we would like to do to resolve the issues regarding the order. Again we would like to apologize, and we do understand the importance of individuals work, we would like to do our best to address this for you.

Shipper couldn't find my address

"The check out screen would not except correct address it would only except what they thought was correct. UPS uses real world addresses not made up ones. Has not been delivered yet. My package has been in town for 4 days."

I reviewed your order and noticed that your order was placed on 12/01/2016, shipped on 12/02/16 and is scheduled to be delivered on 12/14/2016. As I see this order was created online, if you encountered a problem with the address we see there was no contact to us during the time of the order which we would have been happy to assist you to correct the address issues before it was shipped. We do see the shipment was being held by UPS, unfortunately once the shipment leaves our facility we don’t have any control of the shipper.

There is a tracking number that is sent by email which you can track the shipment, and if there was a problem that occurred during the shipment we would have no way of knowing if the customer does not contact us. There was weather delays from 12/08 to 12/12, please understand that this was being shipped on the ground from Florida to North Dakota which is 5 to 6 days and transit is unfortunately out of our control. We will consult with the shipping company to regarding the issues with this order.

As we see your order is scheduled to arrive today, we will have someone reach out to you regarding this order to see if this was received. We would like to apologize and we hope that these issues you have experienced do not change your opinion of our company as a whole as we treat every customer with the utmost respect and strive for the highest customer service in the industry. Changed the price after I ordered.

"I submitted and paid for my order and then received an email saying my order could not be filled. When I placed the order it said it was in stock. So I rechecked the website and it still showed the item available and in stock but the price had changed from $9 to $24. I emailed and was told they had a computer error. The next day the price changed again to $16. I went ahead and order it but I am still waiting for my refund on my credit card for the initial purchase."

As the order was canceled, there has been a reversal code posted back to the credit card, please contact your credit card company about the initial purchase.
