This is well within the 1 to 4 days processing time for that particular item and the 3 to 5 days delivery time-frame. Unfortunately we do not work weekends as well as the thanksgiving holiday. The tracking number shows this is coming from Florida to California and that transit is 5 to 6 days ground shipping.
We do apologize that your item has not arrived in the time-frame you would like, but as our site states we do not process orders on weekends as we are closed and the Thanksgiving holiday also. It also states that the Wall Sleeve and Grille are sold separately on the website, which are 2 key components of this unit. We are not in control of any of our customers housing setups which is why it’s very important to speak with professional installers.
