"Order came quick! Exactly as ordered. Installing next weekend!"
"On Oct. 29, I ordered 4 Honeywell T498 electric heat thermostats. Model#:T498A1778. I received them on Nov. 4th. One of the four was missing the instructions, the locking cover screws, the plastic dowels for the range stop and the decal for the thermostat recalibration. I'll have to wait until Monday to contact customer service because they aren't open on Saturday. Frustrating. I hope they stand behind their product."
