Break in the Wind

"Still have not received our thermostat. Having to take breaks in the wind under a ceiling fan to stay cool. A cold front is coming in a few days and we will definitely be needing to make sure our heat works. Was told it would be here two days ago. was told yesterday it would be delivered today.......NOTHING!!!! They have my money and I want my merchandise."

"I was very happy with my purchase from AC Wholesale.First of all, their price was the cheapest price I could find on the Internet, for a fieldpiece multimeter sc660.No taxes and no delivery fee.Secondly-the speed of the delivery was the icing on the cake.I made my purchase on Friday afternoon,and it was shipped out Friday evening,I received it on 11/2, that's three business day's.Very satisfied,I Highly recommend AC Wholesale, I'll definitely be using them for now on.Plus they have a larger selection, than the Other stores online.Also, the worker that helped me was very nice,and helpful, he explained why the meter that I purchased, was a better meter."

Horrible shipping!

"Still have not received my order! It has been sitting in Jacksonville Florida for 6 days now! Had I known they use UPS "Smartpost" I would have never ordered from them! The worst shipping method ever! Even the USPS would have gotten it here quicker and they are slow!"

Didn't honor coupon nor respond to emails

"Update (10/31/2016): This issue came to a satisfactory conclusion via phone conversation earlier today. Let me say that I was very pleased that this issue was addressed very quickly, and it appears that the problem resulted from an incorrect customer service email address for hvacstores on the receipt issued by a third party (Paypal). HVACStores remedied the situation once this issue was ultimately discovered even though my emails were not getting to them through no fault of their own. I would certainly order from them again the next time I need HVAC products.

Original review: While I was placing my order, I applied a coupon code which was accepted for $30 off the item. The discount was clearly shown as being applied. However, as soon as I authorized payment via Paypal, I was charged the full amount and was never given a chance to finalize my order - it just immediately went though. As soon as I saw this, I sent an email to sales detailing the issue. The item shipped the next day (which I applaud) regardless of my email. I then sent a follow-up email requesting a $30 refund. I've had no response. The part did arrive quickly and is exactly what I ordered, but I placed this order on the basis of that $30 discount which I never received and to which they have not responded.

Very nice product

"We just purchased two of these for our patio. Pricing (very competitive), ordering and delivery were a snap! Everything was as advertised and promised. They appear to be well made and they look very nice. The only criticism I have relates to the assembly instructions. Either the bolts or the instructions were mislabeled. Once I figured out which parts to use I was able to put it together. The diagrams in the instructions are very hard to see. Very small.

I don't have any feedback on how it actually functions yet.

What a blast - you were so fast!!!

"When I ordered the Honeywell UV unit I did not expect it to arrive as quickly as it did.
AC wholesalers were "Johnny on the Spot" with getting it to me and the installation was as simple and quick as the shipment. Your a great company and the unit is a great product.
